Dilhan was one of the best people who interviewed you in the place, very nice and quick to submit orders and does a very high job and also about the place, to describe the top of calm, suitable for making meeting deals.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. They have a quick response to any service. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant service is excellent. They have friendly workers (Mohamed Nasr)

We finally found a real oasis of peace, far from the noise and crowd. The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is delicious and varied. The pool is lovely, tucked away. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home. We will definitely come again.

Food Was terrible I got food poisoning the omelette wasn't cooked properly I am never going there again after that experience with my school over 10 students that went there for sabis stars got food poisoning.

The room was very comfortable and the receptionists were all very friendly. Zakaria in the night shift and the other three in the morning shift! The hotel is located near the airport which made the commute very convenient.

Iftar Buffet, a special thanks to Shemta & her colleague Sonia for the great service during our iftar at Hormuz Grand Muscat. I would highly recommend this place & come back in the future for sure.

I went for Iftar with my group today, one word for staff service and food....superb!!! Mr Sunil and his staff are all attentive and their food taste very good from starters
to desserts. Music played by the 3 men were so nice. Well done Hormuz Grand Muscat!

プールや水回りはとても綺麗ですが、部屋や廊下の細部の汚れやフロントのミスなどは気になりました。空港から近いように見えますが、空港までは高速で結局行かないと行けないので、すごく便利、ではないと思います。周りは特にお店がないので、これも同様高速で他のモールなどに行く必要があります。

An excellent service from Straits restaurant Sreelekshmi.Iftar buffet was very nice.Variety of dishes it was worth.Great service and food.it was fantastic,we are very happy, we will come again with our family ,thanks Sreelekshmi for wonderful service.
