This is the 2nd satay in the last 3 months but the standard is very low, the iron box was making weird sound , had to return and get another and the hand gun in the washroom was leaking and water all over in the toilet and even spreading outside to the room, when called up reception no one came for about 35 mins and second time I called and told them I will check out at 2:30Am in the morning they sent someone to fix the leak.
Very disappointing experience and being an active Radisson member not sure I want to come back to this hotel.if the hotel management really care about them members the quality of service and hotel standards has to be improved .
Salim always did a great job and shefin as a well and Janet at the reception was always did amazing job and sevice that's why we love to stay in Radisson always ♥ lazy lizard,omalleys and hotel...
Me and my friends enjoyed our time in Radisson in lazy lizard. It is comfortable and fun. Great service from Mr. Salim; he is very cool and kind, fun and respectful. Overall, it was an awesome experience.
Very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. I went to your bar yesterday with some friends, and after paying 5 rials for each person, I noticed that some people were entering without a stamp or bill because they were friends of the security guard. I also noticed that racism was present because even after ordering drinks and waiting for two hours, we weren't given anything. There are some Filipino or possibly Indonesian girls who receive excellent customer service, however your security officer is extremely nasty, untrained, and disrespectful. Evaluation of 0/0 Guys, please avoid this hotel and bar; it's quite unprofessional.
Disgusting toilet. complained of a stinky smell almost like a public toilet smell. they only did a normal cleaning without taking consideration of my main complaint. they could have at least added air freshener after cleaning or use a good cleaning product to make the toilet smell good. the toilet bowl has black colored marking either because its old or have not been cleaned properly. the water heater has some dirt on its filter. The TV is old, didnt bother to use it.
Very nice property, enjoyed the stay. Cleanliness standards are very high, staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially want to mention Dilip from the Front Office team and Rijive from Olivios restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious breakfast.
