El nuevo hotel 3HB está discretamente situado en una calle peatonal, pero desprende una enorme presencia una vez que se pasa por el vestíbulo. Todo rezuma estilo Urban Chic, tanto en la decoración como en el servicio, las instalaciones y la acogida. Amantes de los hoteles contemporáneos, habéis encontrado la dirección correcta: el placer de dormir en una habitación perfectamente diseñada con una cama tan suave que es difícil abandonarla. En la azotea, un restaurante, una piscina infinita y un solárium donde se puede contemplar Faro y la Ría. ¡El lujo en toda su simplicidad!

Upon arrival after our early-morning flight from London, we were tired and in need of refreshing ourselves before exploring the city. But we were over 3 and a half hours early. Despite this, we were told our room was ready and we could use it immediately! How wonderful a start this was!
The room was airy and bright, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds with lovely linens and pillows. The décor was soft and relaxing and had a luxurious feel about it.
The large patio doors opened on to a large balcony that had a view over the rooftops of the adjoining buildings. Initially, we were disappointed with the view but then reminded ourselves that this is exactly what one would expect to see in a tightly-packed city! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine.
The bathroom was very large and well-appointed. Luxury amenities were very welcomed (Moulton Brown of London) and these were just great and added that touch of luxury you look for in such an establishment. The walk-in shower was superb; strong water pressure supplied a rain shower and/or a hand-shower. Plenty of room to properly enjoy this facility.
The turndown service ensured that the room always looked fresh and clean (and had a lovely fresh smell) each time room service visited.
A safe was provided and ample storage. There was a tea and coffee making facility and a refrigerator which was replenished with soft drinks on a regular basis.
There is an excellent breakfast service available (we opted for a bed and breakfast service at the hotel) and this did not disappoint at all! The quality and variety were simply amazing - you could not fail to find something delicious for breakfast! Ordering from your server (our server was Paulo most morning as we sat in the same area each day) was fast and efficient. Paulo could not have done more to make our mornings in the restaurant more enjoyable – but all the staff were simply marvellous. The breakfast ‘specials’ menu was perfect – I has eggs benedict most days (absolutely delicious!) but tried other items as well. There was so much to choose from that anyone visiting would have been amazed and delighted with breakfast, no doubt at all.
The spa and gym were spotlessly clean and very inviting and while there is no swimming pool (after all, this is a city hotel) there is an ocean not far away
There is a rooftop bar and small pool area too although the unseasonably weather for our visit meant we did not use it.
All in all, this is a first-class hotel for a city break. Excellent staff in all departments; wonderful rooms kept immaculately clean by housekeeping and a perfect location. What more could one ask for? Thank you all!
