Quelques murs instagrammables mais on apprend rien. Une tentative d'immersion complète foirée et sans intérêts.
Pour ce qui est des bières gratuites : boire 2 demi dans un sous sol noir ne justifie en rien le prix exorbitant. On parle d'Heineken quand même ...
Les guides sont jeunes, dynamiques et sympathique mais ne font que réciter un discours digne d'une secte. Cela ressemble plus à une pompe à fric qu'à un musée.
Une "expérience" qui se résume à une publicité mal camouflée par quelques informations bas de gamme sur la fabrication de la bière.
De l’histoire à la dégustation en passant par les techniques de brassage et de « branding », cela vaut vraiment le détour !
Le personnel est très investi et disponible pour répondre aux questions.
Je recommande pour passer un moment fort sympathique.

Eu senti que é um pouco “pega turista”, pq não tem tanta coisa sobre a história em si.
É pra quem realmente gosta da bebida.

Place was overrun on a Saturday in April, making it impossible to hear the tour explanations and follow along.
They had technical problems with the 4D experience which we got a pretty good laugh out of at least.
The exhibition/tour is generally pretty uninteresting and feels like it was designed by a 10yo. The most hilarious part was crowding everyone in a basement with Berlin bunker vibe (except the music was terrible) to enjoy their 2 beers at the end. Mega awkward.
There’s a million better ways to spend your time and money in Amsterdam if you’re visiting.
2 stars because staff were doing their best to keep everything together. Appreciate y’all ❤️

Można też za małą opłatą kupić swój własny napój z imieniem lub innym napisem. Na końcu wycieczki dostępny jest również sklepik z pamiątkami sygnowanymi logo Heinekena.
Parts of the tour were interesting and educational. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. But, honestly, it felt too cartoonish - like they were trying too hard. Lots of space, lights, and sound to cover over a poorly designed program.
