We stayed for 3 nights at Ruby Emma Hotel on our trip to Amsterdam. We were really happy with the room and the services they provided. Some of the highlights of our stay were - The hotel were only a few stops away from the old Amsterdam area. The rooms were all new and clean. All the lights and window pane were controlled by a bedside iPad. The bar and restaurant downstairs make great pizzas and salad. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Amsterdam for a reasonable price.

Easy to recommend hotel with great links to Amsterdam central and also with the airport. We loved our stay here and thought the service was excellent.

The room was also fantastic boasting a lot of fancy gadgets such as closing the blinds using an iPad and a hot tap in the hallways.

The reason for 4* is due to the price of breakfast. My partner and I ate out for breakfast due to it being priced at €22 each per night!! Although it looked great and tasty that would be nearly €50 for a couple just for breakfast.

Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough though and will be recommending to friends and family. Just advising them to consider eating out for breakfast.

Less than 5 mins from the metro it offers a direct and quick link to the city centre, situated in a wonderful and appealing area it offers a quiet and safe surrounding for inexperienced and experienced travellers. Its quietness and friendliness of the area leave it a very safe and comforting location . Close to a Mac Donald’s and a 20 minute walk to a Lidl it is a fantastic location for a stay in Amsterdam. Gorgeous and handsome rooms with welcoming treats and lovely staff, this hotel has it all. A brilliant eco friendly initiative sets it apart from the rest with its sleek breakfast area, bar and all round beaming factors this hotel has set my future standards extremely high and has drawn me to most definitely stay again. 5/5 stars, thank you.

Our stay at Ruby Emma was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by Stefano with warmth and hospitality that lasted throughout our entire stay.

The room itself is sleek and clean. You can control everything over an iPad including blackout blinds, lighting and the TV. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness of the room was truly impressive.

One of the highlights of our stay was the bar area where we met Sarah. She provided exceptional service with prompt attention to all our needs. She gave us great recommendations and was a joy to talk to. They offer some small bites that really hit the spot, especially when you are too tired to go out. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The ambiance of the bar area is perfect, with various seating options inspired by midcentury design.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the metro station and within 10 minutes you are in the heart of Amsterdam making Ruby Emma the perfect home base.

The team at Ruby Emma truly goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request.

Overall, I can't recommend Ruby Emma highly enough. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we look forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable!
