Una estancia cargada de historia. Este hotel de lujo está ubicado en un edificio que primero fue convento, luego sede del Almirantazgo durante el Siglo de Oro y ayuntamiento de Ámsterdam antes de convertirse en hotel. Las 177 habitaciones (52 de ellas suites) combinan la preocupación por la perfección, el confort, los detalles históricos, la modernidad y la practicidad. Nos gusta mucho la decoración, la elección de colores y tejidos. Todo está perfectamente dominado. Spa y piscina a su disposición. El hotel también alberga Bridges, un restaurante excepcional.

We felt warmly welcomed when we arrived. Our rooms were beautiful and had lovely canal views. The breakfast was wonderful and all the people at the hotel were friendly and made us feel well cared for. The location of the hotel was perfect!

Sofitel Legend the Grand is the best Hotel in Amsterdam!

Great experience at Sofitel Legend The Grande. Booked through Amex as a Fine Hotel and was upgraded to a Suite. The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam with plenty nearby. All of the staff was wonderful especially the staff at the restaurant where we had breakfast as well as at the bar in the hotel restaurant. Honestly, the only thing I would have to complain about is the lighting in the Suite. It was very dark and was made worst because our stay was during a couple of days of rain. I would definitely recommend a stay with Sofitel Legend The Grand. It definitely enhanced our visit to Amsterdam.

The hotel is very nice, situated in a perfect location. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but some of them need to be renovated. While waiting in the lobby, they offered me a glass of champagne."
