they charge you for everything here. from the key card itself, you have to pay for a deposit fee. they don't have free towels. even the padlock for the locker comes with a fee. otherwise, you're left out with an open locker. we stayed in room B2, bed bunks and lockers need upgrading. i did not even had a proper sleep. the only good thing is it's location as it is just a couple of minutes walk from the central station.

This is an affordable and very clean hostel! I stayed here with my husband and keep in mind it is a party hostel but if you know what you sign up for, it’s a great experience! Bar had awesome happy hours and the vibes were very fun!

My friend get treated badly by a girl who worked here the last day. She didn't believe he lost his phone even if she had it. She ruin a good stay. We all had hope of coming back, but we don't know anymore if we want, because of this girl who works here.

El lugar y la gente que visitamos el hostel hace que te la pases muy bien, el personal que labora ahí es el problema, no son nada amistosos, no tienen educación no son amables, el chico del bar no sabe cómo funciona su política de bebida de cortesía reservando. Siempre traen mala cara, si no eres su amigo o blanco rubio no esperes ser atendido de manera amistosa o cuando sea tu turno.

Solo una chica española fue súper chick conmigo y me ayudó en todo permitiéndome descansar al menos en un sofá por mi jet lag y la pérdida de un vuelo que en efecto no es su problema, pero hay algo que no está en los términos y condiciones de de ningún lugar y eso se llama “Experiencia del Cliente” solo por ella les doy una estrella, si no fuera por eso sería un 0.

Hasta una chica me discriminó por ser latino, cuando le hablé ni siquiera me miró a los ojos y su respuesta a la petición de quedarme un momento a descansar fue, “Ese no es mi problema” y continuó con lo suyo.

Si planeas visitar el lugar, no esperes un trato amigable, chica española, tú si sabes cómo tratar a los huéspedes.

I was told that I couldn't check in with an expired ID but at least they asked useful questions like how I traveled, or why I don't have a Dutch one living in the Netherlands and comment that she expects me to have one if I live here.

My favourite hostel I’ve been to, the front desk employees were super super kind and fun. The bartenders as well, super awesome. It feels super safe and in a great location, ideal hostel. Solid kitchen too

Las camas no son comodas para nada, estuvimos 5 dias y hemos vuelto a casa con unos dolores de espalda que nos van a costar dias de recuperacion. No entendemos por qué no se preocupan mas en dar un buen servicio principal, el de alojar a gente para DORMIR. Luego las zonas comunes eran muy pequeñas para tantos huespedes, solo 3 sofas pequeños y la mayor parte del tiempo estaban ocupados por los propios trabajadores de alli. Muchas veces nos veiamos forzados a irnos fuera porque no habia sitio. No ha sido una experiencia muy buena. Aunque la localizacion es buena, no vamos a volver.

Amazing location (really couldn’t be better). I don’t think you’ll find better value for your money in Amsterdam: very clean despite being a hostel, the rooms are shared with many people but still feel quite roomy and not stuffy, great showers and the bar area has a great atmosphere. The shared kitchen is also nice!

Leider gar nichts zufrieden!! Habe ein Zimmer in Booking gebucht mit eigene Bad für 2 Personen. Nach 2 Tagen die sagen dass Zimmer existiert nicht und ich musste entweder mit 16 Leute schlaffen oder buchung stornieren!!

La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico y a muy pocos minutos de la estación central. Tienen recepción 24h. Hablan varios idiomas, todos hablan español. Tiene mucho ambiente, Happy hour, cocina hasta las 00h, smoking room... El personal es súper amable. El desayuno está muy bien y muy completo para comenzar el día. El personal está continuamente controlando que no falte papel o que todo esté correcto. Para ser un lugar donde confluye tanta gente, está limpísimo, baños, duchas , etc... Las habitaciones compartidas super bien, camas cómodas, espacio para dejar tus cosas y aunque en la zona del bar hay mucha marcha, el ruido no llega y la gente es muy respetuosa dentro de las habitaciones. Para repetir y recomendar!

It was just perfect, I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was cleaned, the bathroom too. It is perfectly located to visit the city.
Don't hesitate to go there, and go at the bar to meet people from everywhere !

(Don't forgot to come with earplugs to avoid noises caused by others persons in your room)

I love this hostel. Rooms are fresh. Reception girl is super kind. It is cool and cozy. Exactly in the middle of the central. I can definetely recommend to stay here!

I paid a room for a Peruvian friend of mine, who I owed some money. They chose to reject him, because his low budget attire was allegedly not good enough for a 32 dorm room hostel and instead send him out in the negative degree January night. I did however get my 12 euro refund. Madness.

Très bonne expérience

Cette marque possède deux auberges de jeunesse a Amsterdam. Je n'ai testé que celle ci mais tout etait nickel. Les chambres sont propres et le staff est sympa. Le bar est top, animé et beaucoup d'internationaux. Une excellente auberge.
