Victor Vasarely (1906-1997), pintor de origen húngaro y líder y creador del movimiento cinético también conocido como Op Art, ha donado sus obras (pinturas, esculturas, gráficos publicitarios, etc.) al Museo de Bellas Artes. Nacido en Pécs, el artista se trasladó a París en 1930, donde, paralelamente a sus trabajos publicitarios, emprendió investigaciones sobre la perspectiva axonométrica y las derivaciones lineales. Una notable exposición que abarca los diferentes periodos de su carrera.

You first enter the gift shop. You will have to cross in internal courtyard to arrive at the info desk where you buy your ticket.
You need an hour and a half by walk to reach the museum from the city center, the museum is small and not interactive.
I do not recommend it, taking into consideration better options in budapest.
On the website it is mentioned that you get a 50% discount for “student groups (up to the age of 26) arriving from schools located within the territory of the European Economic Area” but apparently you also need to have a European citizenship, studying in Europe is not enough
