for a place that is called shantee house, the owners and management do not reflect the vibe at all

Hello , here is my story.
called in advance a few days in order to clarify the details of settling in the hotel, I was told that the administration works from 9:00 to 21:00 and check-in is possible from 9:00 to 21:00. I planned my trip because I needed to park my car on a weekday, and I was told that they have free parking, but I doubted thats why I've decided to come and see the location and parking and after that decide on bookin. I rode my car for 5 hours , arrived, and when I called this administrator (man) he did not pick up the phone either on WhatsApp or on the mobile network, and he wasn't online, time was 18-25 at the moment. I came to ring the door, and after ringing for 5 min, some guests came and gave me another administrator number (woman) and she also didn't pick up the phone either on WhatsApp or on the mobile network, I waited there for 20 min, and called them together maybe 10 times, as the result I left and had to pay for parking my car all this time of waiting. And even after this administrator (man) became online after few years he didn't reply to me and didn't call me, until I didn't decide to call one more time to ask what is wrong with situation, he told that was in school and offered for me to come tomorrow and check in. So its crazy level of service, it would be great if I already paid by card and still couldnt check in

Seriously, the best place, the best people, and the best people to work in the hotel. Seriously, so cute.

We spent 4 days at Shantee house. The rooms were basic but very comfortable. There are plants literally in every room of the house as well as always and stairways. This hostile also includes a great many outdoor plantings of flowers and fruit trees. The backyard is a wonderful oasis with a picnic area both at a standard table and on a raised platform with a Persian rug and miniature table surrounded by cushions and hammocks. There's even a yurt in the backyard as well as a small library where you can exchange books. There's a large and well appointed kitchen as well as a comfortable living room and front office. Some of the appointments have seen better days, but overall the live plants and colorful decorations make you feel very festive and comfortable. Attila is a great dog lover and even dug out one of his dogs beds for my service dog to sleep on while we stayed. He helped us with directions to nearby attractions as well as public transportation information. The overall vibe of the hostile is mellow and friendly, but it's definitely not a place to go if you're looking for a party hostel. This is a place for travelers that are looking for an oasis a little out of the city center. It's a place to retreat from the rigors of travel and embark on new adventures refreshed and ready to go.

I have traveled all over the world and stayed at many hostels and can easily say this is the best hostel! I've stayed there many times over the years usually on my way to Ozora festival. The hostel has a chill atmosphere, is beautifully decorated, clean and well taken care of, has cozy spaces with hammocks and gazebo in the garden, a cool yurt (that you can book as your accommodation) and functional kitchen. Shantee House has a very spiritual style which usually attracts the right kind of people (although sometimes young drunkheads show up but that's not the fault of the hostel). This hostel is also a good place to meet new people in a relaxing way. I wish every hostel was like this. This is the kind of place you want to stay at. Why aren't more hostels like this? ✨????️
