Siamo stati qui per 5 notti in 5. La posizione è ottima e centrale per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo dei mezzi. Il personale molto cordiale, gentile e estremamente disponibile anche nel dare indicazioni riguardo la vita e le attività in città ma anche impegnato nell'organizzazione di iniziative interne alla struttura. Le camere abbastanza pulite, ma per due volte durante il soggiorno, l'acqua calda non era disponibile e la seconda volta, nonostante le buone intenzioni del personale che si è industriato per risolvere il problema da noi segnalato, la situazione non è stata risolta. Altra pecca è che durante le giornate più calde è difficile stare in camera e soprattutto dormire, per via della mancanza dell'aria condizionata, in quanto c'è solo un ventilatore a tetto, che però risolve ben poco.

My local Hungarian friend called the hotel, because the order mistake. In the phone the staff told us we can’t pay additional to upgrade to single room. So we booked the other hotel, cost me about 100 euro more. Later they mailed me that we can Upgrade it with paying additional.

The total opposite answer confused us and let us booked again. Who is gonna take the loss? And later the hotel use the excuse “I didn’t check in” not giving refund. What if I check in and hotel Insist not giving money back? Anyway, thanks for ruining my day in Budapest.

I saw few booking websites, saw that other rooms still can be booked, but when my local friend called, staff said there’s no way. That’s why we did choose to book a new one. Anyway, I don’t think this situation solved well, I didn’t get refund, and u, hotel take money too.

Very clean and beautiful place, and the service is perfect,
I like the rooftop and this will be my always spot in Budapest

(+) friendly staff, operate 24/7
(+) located in the center where you can reach most of destination by foot.
(+) small locker in dorm, and luggage locker to use after check out
(+) cleanliness dorm and kitchen

(-) bed is too soft for me
(-) difficult to find entrance
(-) unrealistic photo. The place is actually in the old building, which I found a little scary when I initially arrived in the night.

Úžasné misto, v centru, má atmosféru, náš apartmán byl obrovský , čistý. Velká kuchyň i koupelna, pohodlné postele. Dobře, když otevřeš dvojkřídlá okna, slyšiš Budapešť, ale o tom to je????

La habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que ponen y el baño muchísimo menos. El baño olía mal y hacía un ruido horrible (como si zarpara un barco) por las noches era un infierno. A esto hay que sumarle que se estropeó el baño y la ducha y empezó a salir agua de ambos. No había jabón en la ducha y las puertas no cerraban bien.
La Entrada no tiene nada que ver con las fotos.
Lo excelente es la ubicación.
