Our family of six just returned from a one week stay at Villa Mot Mot in Manuel Antonio Estates. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and suited us perfectly. We especially enjoyed the monkeys. Very entertaining! The only drawback for my husband (85) and I (75) was the steep hill but the younger members of the family had no problem and we managed. Some taxi drivers took us almost all the way, which was helpful. The location, close to Quepos, was ideal for grocery shopping, restaurants and exploring. When we booked tours, we were picked up and dropped off. We all had a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park and Villa Vanilla Spice Farm. The younger ones had a kayak tour of the mangroves. All were excellent. I can’t say enough positives about Julio and Andres, who manage the office. They totally made our stay! The communication before our trip was detailed and very helpful and they always immediately responded to any requests while we were there. Their information and suggestions were very welcome! We had a wonderful holiday!

You are in an alive, living, tropical, environment! Birds, butterflies and the troop of monkeys who jump from tree to tree looking for food to jeep you company. The pool is very refreshing after a walk around.

A very nice place to stay and rest!!

The Toucan Villa was amazing and everything we hoped for. We saw squirrel, spider and howler monkeys from the balcony and plenty of other wildlife. The villa was really well equipped with everything we needed and was in a great location for walking into Quepos or driving to the national park and beaches. The pool area was great for cooling off after a hot day at the national park or beach.

All of the restaurants recommended were great, the Lambretta pizzeria was especially good. The staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us great advice. Biesanz Beach was a highlight for us, we went three times. Even on the walk down to the beach was saw sloths every time as well as monkeys and toucans.

We absolutely loved Toucan Villa and Manuel Antonio Estates and would definitely return.

We had the absolute best time at Casa Mot Mot, was perfect for our group, rhe hosts were SO helpful and attentive. Raindrop spa & the chef Vicky that they recommended were amazing additions to our stay. Tons of awesome wildlife around the house (monkeys galore!) and walkable to town. Easy drive to Manuel Antonio. This was our 2nd stay at Manuel Antonio Estates and we would stay forever if we could. Thank you all so much for the beautiful vacation. We’ll see you again soon ❤️

My family and I have stayed at 2 properties here over the past 5 years and we absolutely love it. You cannot beat the convenience. The office has a spa and it's within walking distance of a bus stop to travel to Manuel Antonio and back to the terminal in Quepos. Andres and Dorit are extremely accommodating and responsive. We'll be back!

The place we stayed was excellent! Temperate rooms, friendly service, a lot of space, and a refreshing pool. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are fulfilled!

Pleasant stay - good value and a lovely team. Great value for money.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Costa Rica. The place has everything you might want/need and the people who work there are welcoming and tend to your every need. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, stove, large fridge, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, etc.) It has AC but you won't need it because all their windows have screens... so you can open them without the fear of mosquitoes or other little creatures coming into the house. We had been staying in Costa Rica for 2.5 weeks and this was the first house with them. Wi-Fi is excellent. Everything was sparkling clean. The property has a great pool but our favorite part was seeing all the fauna and flora there. We saw a troop of monkeys playing, iguanas, agoutis, lots of different beautiful birds. It was peaceful at night but super close to town. You can walk to Quepos or take a short bus to Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
