Wir hatten vorne ein einfaches Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Für eine Nacht und ohne Ansprüche ausreichend.

Cet endroit est simple avec tout ce qu'il faut ! Je n'ai personnellement jamais connu un endroit aussi riche que ça en tout point ! Andrey, fanny et toni sont des personnes formidables prêtent à vous aider pour quoi que ce soit, nous avons adorer cette endroit, ce sont des personnes très chaleureuses et plus encore !!! Je les remercie énormément pour tout ce qu'ils ont fait pour nous ce sont des super super hôtes !!! J'espère les revoir bientôt portez vous bien à très bientôt *

We stayed at Cortez Azul for 1 night after our arrival. Fairly close to the airport and affordable.
Don't expect a comfortable and luxurious hotel but low prices come with it.
Mattresses and pillows could be changed.

AWFUL experience, we made a reservation by phone and when we arrived at the hotel almost at 00:00 it was not registered and they were selling us a room with double the price of the current reservation, we asked for the refund of the payment since we were NOT going to use the service and the "supposed administrator" who at the beginning implied that he IS THE OWNER and then pretended to be an administrator to NOT RESOLVE HE DID NOT DO IT, we had to leave the hotel at MIDNIGHT and report the UNWANTED PURCHASE Disgusting service. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE OWNERS, WE HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF THE PLACE DO NOT STAY HERE.

PESIMA experiencia, hicimos una reservación por teléfono y cuando llegamos al hotel casi a las 00:00 no estaba registrada y nos estaban vendiendo una habitación con el precio doble a la reserva vigente, pedimos la devolución del cobro ya que NO íbamos hacer uso del servicio y el "supuestamente administrador" que al inicio dio a entender que ES EL DUEÑO y después se hizo pasar como administrador para NO RESOLVER NO LO HIZO, nos tocó irnos del hotel a MEDIA NOCHE y reportar la COMPRA NO DESEADA Asco de servicio. CERO PROFESIONALISMO DE PARTE DE LOS DUEÑOS, TENIAMOS ALTAS EXPECTATIVAS DEL LUGAR NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI.

Slept there for a night just to be close to the airport (10 minutes with Uber) and definitely will come back. The staff are so welcoming and nice. We came at 20:50 and it seemed like they are waiting just for us, and gave us all the attention we needed, including some advices for restaurants. The room was clean and a fan would be nice, but the room was eventually not hot at all. Bathrooms are very clean and big. Breakfast is also nice.
