Wir waren 5 Nächte Gast im September '23 und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier.
Der Empfang und die Begrüßung waren schon sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sehr gepflegt und täglich neu.
Restaurant ist sehr schön, Service ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam, höflichst und die Köstlichkeiten aus der Küche sind ein Gaumenschmaus.
Regional und täglich neue Kreationen, begleitet vom Rosè und Weißwein.
Morgens im 3. Stock, Frühstück mit Blick zum Meer und in die Berge.
Alles im Angebot, frisch und einiges lokales am ausgezeichneten Buffet.
Auch hier passt der Service zum Haus.
Parkplatz im Innenhof und gepflegter Pool mit sehr gepflegter Grünanlage.

Ein Skandal! NIE WIEDER Hotel Arbatasar!
Das Hotel toppt alles bisher erlebte auf unseren weltweiten Reisen. Diese unvorstellbare Unfreundlichkeit ist kaum in Worte zu fassen.

Lesen Sie einfach mal die Antworten des Hotels auf negatives Feedback. Ein professioneller Umgang mit Beschwerden sieht anders aus.
Die Reaktionen sind beleidigend, herabwürdigend bis rassistisch.

In diesem Hotel ist ganz normales einfach verboten. Hält man sich als zahlender Gast nicht an diese "lustigen" Regeln wird man beschimpft, beleidigt oder die Angestellten schalten einem als Erziehungsmaßnahme einfach mal den Strom ab....

So saßen wir und unser Kind in einem angeblichen 4 Sterne Hotel im Dunkeln und waren sprachlos. So etwas Ungeheuerliches ist uns weltweit noch nie passiert.

Wir können nur aus ganzem Herzen von diesem Skandalhotel abraten!

Wenn ich die anderen anmaßenden und beleidigenden Antworten des Hotels auf kritische Bewertungen lese, sind wir bereits jetzt schon auf die unfreundliche Kommentierung des Hotels hier gespannt. Bestimmt werden auch wir beleidigt und wie die anderen auch der Lüge bezichtigt. Denn so etwas unvorstellbar Unfreundliches, wie in diesem Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wir fanden schon komisch, dass wir kein Glas mit auf das Zimmer nehmen konnten, weil wir es ja oben zerbrechen könnten. Aber okay. Am nächsten Tag jedoch kam der Hammer. Aus einem Restaurant in der Stadt kommend hatten wir noch einen Rest Pizza in einem Pizzakarton dabei. In allen Hotels der Welt wäre das kein Problem gewesen. Aber nicht im Arbatasar! Hier wurden wir vom Portier zunächst telefonisch im Zimmer terrorisiert. Danach klopfte er ständig bei unserem Kind und auch bei uns an der Tür. Als wir ihm mitteilten, er solle uns in Ruhe lassen, stellte er unserem Kind und auch uns in unseren Zimmern einfach den Strom ab. Wir saßen im Dunkeln und waren sprachlos. So etwas Ungeheuerliches ist uns weltweit noch nie passiert. Wir können nur aus ganzem Herzen von diesem Skandalhotel abraten!

Hôtel superbe, verdoyant avec une multitude de palmiers différents.
Le personnel est au petits soins avec un très bon restaurant.
A recommander.

Overall: Don’t repeat our mistake! Find yourself a nice hotel!

At the time I am writing this, I am still in this hotel for another night, UNFORTUNATELY!

1. It all started with their website being hacked while we were still home, so we had to deactivate our credit card and request a new one from our bank and go through all the trouble already pre-vacation, they were aware of the hack already as we contacted them.

2. End of September, we arrive at 13:00, the hotel is very empty, we say: “we would like to checkin, is it possible?”, Reception responds with no friendliness:”Checkin is at 15:00 madam”, being a bit surprised by the attitude she gave us in a 4 star hotel, we asked can we check in now?
And she, with no desire to answer, hands us our room card.
(So the room was available and we got in, but was confused what was the attitude for???!)

3. At the reception they gave us pool towels and made us sign a deposit of 50€ for that! Not even in my young days in cheapest hotels has this ever happened!

4. Hotel being empty, we get one of their worst rooms I assume! (Hope not all rooms have the same quality!) We enter, the room smells musty, as if the windows were never opened and, of course -> there is not even one ray of sun in this room the whole day (we paid 575€ for this room by the way)
- The window opens to nothing as in the photo
- There are ventilation/window from their laundry room directly under our room, so it’s SUPER LOUD and SMELLS LIKE CHEMICALS!!! AWEFUL!

5. Cleaning service: on the first day we put the sign of do not disturb: came back from breakfast, they have been in the room, and moved everything, cleaned the floor with a liquid that contains chlorine, we couldn’t breath..

6. Breakfast: smallest buffet I have ever been to. All the fantastic local product in Sardinia, they still offer plastic packed president butter and cheese, cheap tea bags and mediocre coffee!

7. For going to the beach I bought bottled beer, on my way upstairs to the hotel room, the receptionist runs after me saying I can’t take my beer to my room! It’s against their rules! -Why? Is it a monastery?-

IMPORTANT to mention: all the feedback was already given to the receptionist, that we are unhappy for all these points and feel very unwelcome! She only said nothing she can do.. when we said: at least an apology for the card situation, she said “it was not our fault but sorry”. (Just for the context, I assume it was within their responsibility as they sent an email admitting their website was hacked and receivers should ignore the message received from the hotel for double payment)

Expected much more from Sardinia!

Sehr schöne Anlage. Toll ausgestattete Zimmer. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren während unseres Aufenthaltes durchgehend sehr gut. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl auf der Terrasse im 3. Stock. Einzig der Instant Kaffee trübte den Genuss etwas. Zu bemängeln wäre noch, dass man bei der Abreise keine detaillierte Aufstellung der konsumierten Getränke bekommt. Lediglich eine Gesamtrechnung.

Amazing spa that you can book for 30$ for 1.5 hours. Rooms were great. Amazing pillows and mattress. Great pool. Ample parking and great restaurant.

Hotel si presenta con un mix di classico/retrò con tocchi meravigliosi di pezzi storici e folkloristici di Arbatax e della Sardegna... Il personale professionale, sorridente e gentile. Ottima la pulizia delle camere. Molto buono il servizio colazione sulla terrazza.
Peccato solo non ci siano venuti in contro con il pagamento della doppia al posto della tripla inizialmente prenotata a causa di una defezione per malattia, ma tant'è...

Hotel vicino al paese e quindi alle attività, molto tranquillo, camere pulitissime e luminose, colazione sul terrazzo con una vista mare, ottimo ristorante. Personale gentile e professionalmente preparato. Ci siamo ritornati per la seconda volta e sono state confermate le ottime sensazioni della volta precedente.

Da ich nur im Restaurant war kann ich Hotel leider nicht bewerten. Restaurant ist top. Essen super. Bedienung super.

We were just in the restaurant for dinner. Very romantic , white table cloth, food fantastic, service 5 star. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Hotel leggermente piccolo rispetto alle mie aspettative ma comunque molto carino.
Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante per la cena.
La colazione era molto buona anche se non comprendeva una vasta scelta di prodotti per essere in un hotel a 4 stelle, consiglio di investire almeno sulla caffetteria assumendo del personale, visto che caffè cappuccino ecc vengono erogati da una macchinetta con prodotti liofilizzati in polvere.
Ci è stata data la possibilità di accedere alla SPA gratuitamente per 1 ora, abbiamo apprezzato tanto quest'omaggio, davvero molto bella.. completa di sauna, bagno turco, doccia emozionale e piscina con idromassaggio + una zona relax con lettini e tisane.
Le camere sono abbastanza grandi, climatizzate e molto pulite; bagno leggermente piccolo ma comunque accettabile.
Purtroppo la piscina è molto piccola rispetto al numero di clienti in hotel e succede di arrivare lì e non trovare lettini disponibili per potersi rilassare.. cosa tra l'altro impossibile vista la presenza di molte famiglie con bambini che giocano, urlano e si tuffano non curanti delle altre persone. Non voglio incolpare l'hotel per la maleducazione di alcuni genitori, ma suggerisco di inserire un regolamento che vieti quantomeno i tuffi, come esiste in tantissime altre strutture, per cercare di ridimensionare il baccano e tutto ciò che ne deriva. Inoltre non è presente un bagnino in piscina, lui per primo forse potrebbe tenere a bada la maleducazione di alcuni.
Tutto sommato consiglio di soggiornare presso questo hotel, soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale disponibile ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta e per la centralissima posizione.

Sono stato la prima volta all’Arbatasar nel 2017 con amici…e dal 2021 ci torno ogni estate con la mia famiglia.
Personale altamente professionale, cortese e sempre disponibile; camere spaziose e pulitissime; piscina sempre pulita e ordinata (quest’anno è stato anche rinnovato il fondo) con servizio bar; buona la colazione, con prodotti sempre freschi e prevalentemente locali.
Ristorante di alto livello: negli anni credo di aver provato praticamente tutti i primi (anche quelli ormai usciti dal menù) e gran parte dei secondi presenti nella carta e sono sempre rimasto molto soddisfatto. Notevole il pescato del giorno. I prezzi sono lievemente più alti della media, ma la qualità (in questo caso indiscutibile) giustamente si paga.
Quest’anno ho provato la SPA: un piccolo bijoux. Nuovissima, pulitissima, moderna, riservata e completa.
Aggiungo il piacevole riguardo avuto per la mia bambina da tutto il personale ma soprattutto in ristorante (mi è sempre stato offerto un piatto fuori menù preparato ad hoc).
In definitiva: un soggiorno sempre piacevole e rilassante, certamente lontano dalle proposte ordinarie.

Che dire, l'albergo offre moltissimi servizi e coccole per chi vi soggiorna. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze della clientela, si sono rivolti con estremo riguardo nei nostri confronti riuscendo a venirci incontro su diverse esigenze e permettendoci di avere un soggiorno piacevole e il più rilassante possibile. La camera era impeccabile ogni giorno. I costi sono perfettamente adeguti al servizio fornito. Consigliato a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno rilassante come noi.

Albergo di classe superiore, curato nei dettagli, sempre in ordine. Nulla è fuori posto. Sala colazione panoramica, con ampia scelta. Ristorante di qualità superiore, allestimento elegante, cibo fresco e curato nella preparazione e nella presentazione. Personale gentile e disponibile, professionale.

Excellent resto avec une terrasse super agréable à Tortoli. Adresse parfaite pour partager un moment convivial.
