The rooms are clean and the beds were comfy. However there could be some more lights and sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom (ground floor).

Breakfast is just perfect there! The food is good quality and tastes great, especially the eggs and tomatoes.

We loved the service too ????????

Spettacolare posizione sulla spiaggia di El Medano , vista magnifica sulla città ; Servizio impeccabile e personale gentilissimo e cordiale! Colazione internazionale fantastica dolce e salata; La piscina accessibile sia da spiaggia che dall'hotel vi rilasserà anche nelle giornate di vento! Quando cala la sera un'oasi di pace immersi nella natura;

Avoid this place ! New owner... smelly bathroom, cockroaches in the bathroom and breakfast is now a disaster. 2 out of 3 days we had to clear and clean a table. Each day something was not available, no coffeecup, no knives, no bread, then there was no milk in the coffeemachine. Only 2 lady's had to take care of everything, they had to run between the tables. One day there was only 1 lady, she had to do everything. It was very stressful to have breakfast there. And it was really very dirty in this restaurant, no wonder so many hotel guests and employees got ill. We stayed there for 4 weeks in January, we have stayed in this hotel many times, maybe it looks a bit trendy now, the old decor is gone, but also the quality ...
