Hotel de lujo situado en primera línea de mar y cerca del Lago Martiánez con diferentes categorías de habitaciones
Es un hotel de lujo en un gran complejo que ofrece 324 habitaciones de diferentes categorías, básicas, dobles, suite, superiores, con o sin balcón. No es su encanto visual lo que es su mayor activo, pero tiene una buena ubicación en el Puerto de la Cruz, en el paseo marítimo y cerca del Lago Martiánez. Cuenta con todas las instalaciones de lujo que se pueden esperar de un hotel de este nivel, incluyendo tres piscinas (una para niños), una zona de belleza (hammam, sauna, masajes) y un restaurante.

Not easy to review because you might be unlucky enough to be put in a 2 star like room by the unpleasant reception staff and held hostage in their for half your holiday and told the only way to improve on this is to pay for an upgrade. This situation was eventually altered by Miranda the nice lady in guest relations. The hotel is perfectly OK if you are not put in this position even if the dining experience could be improved.

Servicio de lo mejor, amables,simpáticis,serviciales,profesionales.
Ubicación estratégica.
Un solo pero....
Se tendria que modificar el procedimiento de uso de tumbonas.
Desde primera hora, muchas cogidas sin nadie a modo de reserva.
El vigilante tendría que dejar libres las que no se usan.
Hotel muy recomendable.
Habitaciones muy correctas.

Very Disappointed at the help we did not receive . We got a taxi to the H10 in Adeje . To speak to reception. Our holiday had unfortunately needed to be extended . We had looked online and thought perhaps this hotel could help . They had available accommodation advertised online.
On arrival to ask questions about accessibility with a wheel chair etc. The reception member of staff was most unhelpful! Infact very judging and Rude. She treated us as almost common and beneath her . Well…
Never mind we now have wonderful accommodation arranged at the RIU Palace. I would never recommend this chain. Unfriendly unhelpful . Not at all friendly to disabled .So RUI can have our custom .
