Cleanliness: The room we got was dirty. After we reported the problem, we were shown three other rooms, but unfortunately they were all dirty (also receptionist admitted). At that point we wanted to leave, but they offered a better room, which was OK (there was no perfect cleanliness here either, some equipment was very dusty). It would be very important to make changes in this regard. I do trust that there will be consequences for what happened, because it left its mark on our entire vacation.
Temperature: It was only 15C in the room and it took a long time to reach a tolerable temperature in the room. It was very unpleasant with a small child, plus being pregnant. Despite the fact that we reported that after hours it was still 18C, we did not receive a heater, though I found out from a colleague the next day that they had one.
