The hotel is in an excellent, easily accessible area. We were in a double room. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean. The linens are nice enough and the room has adequate space with two comfortable enough sitting chairs plus one vanity chair. Small refrigerator available. Drawers, storage shelves and safe are provided plus closet. The balcony is accessible only to those without disabilities and one must climb up about an 18” step to get to the patio and return stepping down 18” to the hotel room floor. A bit difficult. The patio is walled; there is no view unless you climb some stairs to a platform where one can view La Rambla below. The deep spa bath tub requires some agility to enter because the door to it open at the rear where the tub is slanted. No safety mat is provided. The water temperature cannot be set before entering tub. Try not to stand under the rain shower when you turn it on — not so easy to do — you can get cold or scalding water until right temperature is reached. Some amenities are missing like hair conditioner and wash cloths (many European place are absent cloths).
We had problems getting the room temperature just right but the staff was helpful addressing our concerns. The wifi signal is weak. On the two nights we spent here, wifi was insufficient for basic use like reading the paper online or checking email.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé sur la Rambla, rien à reprocher sur l’accueil, ils gardent les bagages si besoin, des parkings payants sont disponibles proches et une station de métro se trouve devant l’hôtel.
La chambre est correcte avec lit confortable mais il y a un manque d’isolation sonore.
Je conseille cet hôtel pour un séjour sur Barcelone.

Great location, right on La Rambla and a 2 min walk to Liceu Metro.
Rooms size comparable to those in Europe.
Two lifts so you don't have to carry your luggage.
We had a room at the back of the hotel, so it was really quiet.
Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the two Davids). They even leant us umbrellas.

A terrible experience! I checked out of the hotel on 15 December 2023 and stored my luggage at the hotel for safekeeping. However something crazy happened, on returning to the hotel in the afternoon to collect my luggage I was told that the door to the room where my luggage was stored had been broken and that my friend's and my suitcases and rucksacks had been stolen. The total value of the items was around 14,000 euros, including passports, credit cards, 2 laptops, computers and some jewellery. We have a police report to prove it. To this day, the hotel has not offered any compensation and does not reply to emails! It is reasonable to suspect that the hotel and the thieves were working together！！！????????????

The hotel's best feature is its location and proximity to many of Barcelona's attractions. The hotel is on the main shopping street and is close to the coast, the Gothic Quarter, the cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the big market, the opera is across the street and many others. The hotel itself is average. Everything is very clean. The rooms are of good size and have everything you need. Rooms on the opposite side of La Rambla street are quieter and have a better view. The beds are comfortable but a little soft. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. Many elements need to be renovated or replaced. The staff is accommodating.

Hotel non male ma molto spoglio e freddo. Le camere sono accoglienti e i bagni molto belli. Le prese della corrente non sono presenti daparte ai letti, il bagno non si può chiudere a chiave e il ventolino del bagno aspira puzza / vapore acqueo non funzionava. L’hotel dispone solo di camere con letti matrimoniali e non dispone della colazione. Gentile e professionale il personale.

Güzel bir otel, çalışanları ilgili, otelden çıkılsa bile bavulları akşama kadar tutabiliyorlar. Bu sayede çıkış yapsakta gündüz bavullarla gezmedik.

Amazing value hotel and in the best location. Rooms are spacious, we had a balcony which was really nice. It’s quiet even though you’re staying on a very noisy street. I would stay here again and again. Staff are friendly and the top roof terrace was nice, I wish we were able to stay longer.

Emplacement parfait avec balcon sur la rambla . Très bonne isolation lorsque l'on ferme les fenêtres. Emplacement idéale facile merquato et dans le quartier gothique station de métro Liceu en face . Tout était parfait . Juste le prix qui a doublé pour une nuit supplémentaire car il y avait un séminaire. Mais l'hôtel nous a fait un prix . Parking à proximité à payer en plus 30 euros . Très bel hôtel central et agréable. Beaucoup de café à proximité pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Pleins de restaurant à proximité. Parfait

We loved our stay at Flor Parks!! Beautiful room!! The mossy green color was really relaxing, the room was spotless and modern equipped, the bath was luxurious, and the balcony was fabulous! Quiet room, but in the heart of the city. Only wish we'd had more days in this awesome hotel!!
