I stayed in this hotel due to an event going on at the CCIB, which is just next door.
It’s super close to the event venue. The rooms were tidy but the bathroom could need a makeover. It was unfortunately quite loud at night, without ear plugs I couldn’t sleep.
The breakfast was good.
The dinner at the restaurant was okay, nothing special. It was very cold in the restaurant, so not really nice if you want to sit there for a while.

This hotel not for tourists. The front desk stated that they primarily cater to events and functions. Our experience was not a good one here. Long elevator waits, breakfast was set up for events, no privacy for tourists.

Brilliant. Great location for the conference centre. Room was well equipped. Roof top bar/pool was amazing

El parking es antiguo y con dificil acceso, plazas muy pequeñas. El horario del restaurante no esta muy claro, en recepcion nos dijeron que cerraban a las 23.30. Llegamos a las 23.05 y nos dijeron que ya estaban cerrados, que cerraban a las 23.00 h. No se ofrecieron a hacernos ni un misero sandwich. El hotel por fuera parece una cosa pero por dentro es otra cosa, parece mas antiguo.

This place is crazy and so unorganised. The man from reception just chased us down the street demanding we pay city tax, which we already paid at check in..

Very well located with a convention center and a museum in a few metres walking distance... Also has a good connectivity for public transport with Metro, Trams and Buses in just 5 min walking distance... Hotel Ambience, food, and views from the lift corridors and rooms are good... Overall, a nice place to spend your time in Barcelona..

Es el peor hotel de Barcelona en el que me he hospedado. Sin más. El servicio es un horror, tienen a un tipo francés, calvo y feo, Benoit creo que se llamaba, un verdadero chulo y un impresentable. Que trata mal hasta a sus propios camareros. Lamentable.

about 2 weeks stay at 2115 with sea view.. room was space enough and clean, facilities good, good food, friendly and agile staff.. they also lend me portable heater, bravo!

Next to the super nice mall. Close by trains and trams buses. The sea. Room is just ok and noisy. Receptionists r nice. The location is just great!

A bit away from La Rambla, it takes 40 min to walk, €15 by taxi. Nice hotel, breakfast buffet is fine

I stayed there for 2 days. Awesome location but rooms are not as per the charges they quote and complimentary breakfast is average too.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The service is horrible! Toilet and bathroom couldn’t be used. Very bad impression of Barcelona and Spain because of this hotel. They keep saying sorry but won’t solve the problems.

Me pareció impresentable que como taxista que estamos en su parada para prestarle un servicio a los huéspedes, nos digan que no podemos pasar a los baños a orinar por la dirección del hotel lo tiene prohibido creo que es de los únicos hoteles que nos hacen esto como taxistas. Es de bajesa pura

Decent hotel very close to the marina and beach. Easy to get to tram and metro. Very helpful staff but a bit pricy even in winter season. Note the pool is actually outdoors on 13th floor so pretty cold water in January. Nice views of city/sea.

Average hotel.
Despite the service being good and the breakfast was really good, my stay at the hotel was really inconvenient, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping after I had a horrible night due to SUPER noisy disgusting neighbors, it was a nightmare and it ruined the entire visit for me. The walls are super super thin and you get no sense of comfort nor privacy while staying in your room, it felt like I shared my room with people neighboring me. Beds are so cheap and light and with thin walls, if the neighboring guests shake their bed, your bed will be shaken as well!! I really had to request a quiet room in the corner so i can gain a little bit of comfort, but the trauma remains.
The service is typical, not high standard and the amenities were horrible quality, shampoo and conditioner felt disgusting and ruined my hair.

Solid typical hotel of this chain. Check-in was slower as I expected in a modern hotel today. 5 people arriving at the same time, 5 staff behind check-in counter and only 2 working. The process seems to be complex for them, mistake seems to be their software and prpcess. But it was still ok. Super friendly staff at check-in.
