Albergue juvenil con una buena relación calidad-precio en el Barri Gòtic, en el centro histórico de Barcelona.
Este hermoso edificio del siglo XIX tiene un impresionante patio central con arcos italianos. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero modernas y limpias. Ventajas: está muy bien situado, en el barrio del Gòtic, pero sigue siendo bastante tranquilo y el personal es amable y acogedor. Algunas habitaciones tienen baño privado: pregúntalo al hacer la reserva. Sin embargo, no hay ascensor ni aire acondicionado. Buena relación calidad-precio.

The room had incredibly high humidity and had severe allergy due to the dust mites during the whole stay.
Had to buy medication against it however it didn't help much.
As soon as we left the room the allergy went away, on the nice fresh air on the beach, and upon returning to the room it appeared again.
It pretty much hindered our stay as we couldn't have nice rest.
I would recommend installing dehumidifiers and anti allergen bedding.
Pra mim e pro meu companheiro foi demais, inclusive tínhamos um quarto de casal só pra gente, com banheiro privado.

We had a few big issues with the room in the 1st floor though. The bed doesn't contain normal bedsheets, only layers of sheets and blankets over each other, so it gets messed up and tangled very easily. Another issue is that the mattress, window curtains and most likely the blankets and sheets as well contain dust or mites (or both), people who are allergic to these will struggle there a lot. Happened to us, couldn't breathe at all and ended up with serious allergy - coughing, sneezing, runny nose. Even I, who is naturally not allergic to these, had issues. Very hard to ventilate the room as well.
