Apartamentos de lujo situados en el Paseo de Gracia, justo enfrente de la Pedrera. Se reconoce inmediatamente este edificio moderno, cuya fachada fue diseñada por el arquitecto japonés Toyo Ito. El resultado es bastante espectacular y merece un vistazo. En el interior del edificio, te propondrás un total de 41 apartamentos muy modernos y totalmente equipados. En la azotea del edificio, la piscina al aire libre y el solárium ofrecen un punto de vista increíble en el Passeig de Gràcia. Un verdadero lujo para descubrir Barcelona.

Carlos was also amazing with assisting us.
The location is superb and the apartment very elegant. The facade is a significant architectural feature on the outside and inside. The view of Casa Mia is a plus as is the rooftop terrace.
We will be recommending Suites Avenue to everyone!
Attention, si la taille de votre véhicule est supérieure à un SUV vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir en bénéficier (places plus qu’étroites!), la nuitée pour la voiture vous coûtera 35€, excessif, il vaut mieux stationner dans un parking sous terrain à proximité (en face) et moins honéreux!
Propreté qui laissait à désirer à notre arrivée, mieux lorsque nous avons demandé le ménage deux jours après. Chambre située au 2eme étage et très mal insonorisée! Bruits des canalisations de la chambre du dessus. Vous entendez le métro toutes les 4/5 minutes environ des 5h du matin et ce jusqu’à la fin des trajets de nuit de ce dernier!
Enfin, nous avons été réveillés par des bruits de travaux contre le mur où était la tête de lit (marteau piqueur, marteau etc…) deux jours durant (fin de notre séjour et heureusement !)
Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement et n’y reviendrons certainement pas !
Terrible experience, we stayed In one of their suites and some of our belongings of value and documentation that were in a bag dissaperaed, and according to the hotel the cleaning stuff probably thought it was garbage and threw it out, without any more explanation. So according to the hotel, they could take anything and just claim they thought it was garbage?

Very clean facilities and functional kitchen. Beds were comfortable.
Location probs cant get much better anywhere else-2mins walk to metro, or you can just walk along passeig de gracia and shop along the way
Given the location and staff on site, it felt very safe.
