No se puede encontrar nada mejor, en cuanto a situación, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Este hotel totalmente reformado existe desde 1894. ¡Es el hotel histórico de Arusha! Recientemente reconvertido en Four Points by Sheraton, puede presumir de ser el mejor alojamiento de la ciudad, con sus tiendas, su casino, su jardín interior, su pequeña piscina y su acogedor bar, frecuentado por John Wayne durante el rodaje de Hatari hace ya más de medio siglo. Con un exterior lleno de encanto, el espacio interior es también una auténtica maravilla: cómodo, lujoso, ventilado y acogedor. En el vestíbulo, los trajes de tres piezas se mezclan con los shorts y las sandalias. El hotel es ideal tanto para turistas de paso como para hombres y mujeres de negocios. El trato es perfecto y el confort es real (internet inalámbrico, masajes, piscina, gimnasio, etc.). El restaurante es excelente y el desayuno, simplemente divino. Un establecimiento excelente.

Loved the place for food, people and their rooms. Its a haven in midst of Arusha with hospitable, loving staff that speak good English, have well appointed rooms and reliable facilities.
Here are the reasons i'd choose to stay here again:
A) Chef Ravi and his team are the most engaged and active restaurant staff, personally invested in guest care. They remembered our food preference, spoilt us with customized meals and even packed us lunch box off-the-menu when requested. Our meals were perfect every single time and we came back for more. Especially Indian meals.
B) If you've stayed in Arusha, you know that your shower is at the mercy of electric and water cuts. Not at Four points.
C) We recieved top notch service... my 72 yr old mother was recieved well when she arrived alone, the chef Ravi paid her a personal visit, the staff made her comfortable. Billing, bag pickups and room service was super prompt, always with a smile.
D) The property itself is a beautiful one. We stayed in the garden rooms with a balcony overlooking their lush green gardens.
Four points was the highlight of our stay at Arusha. Look no further, book your stay here. Especially if you like Indian flavourful meals. Pass out love to chef Ravi when you meet him.
