Hotel z pięknym widokiem na morze, dobrym jedzeniem i miła obsługą

Lovely hotel, large with amazing views and pool areas. We were half board but you could also swap the dinner for lunch each day if you preferred. Staff were helpful on reception, the pool bar was shut however so had to walk down to the beach each time you wanted a drink. Rooftop pool was our favourite however again had to walk from the top floor to the very bottom for a drink. They did state they were understaffed and usually had them open so may be different next year. The local area is lovely however only a few restaurants, we stayed for 4 days which was a perfect amount of time, any longer you may get bored.

El hotel esta situado en un sitio privilegiado ...justo encima de unas rocas tiene una pequeña playa a cada lado ...ver amanecer desde la terraza de la habitacion es una maravilla .

Wir sind selbst Hoteliers und können sagen das wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren.
Die erste Nacht schliefen wir Notgedrungen in einer Suite die wir auch gebucht hatten, aber diese war so dreckig und schimmelig. Das Badezimmer roch ganz schlimm nach Abwasser. Es war kaum möglich auch nur ein Auge zu zumachen.
Am nächsten morgen sind wir zur Rezeption und wollten ein anderes Zimmer. haben wir bekommen das war nur noch schlimmer!!!! Nach langer Diskussion und kurz vor Abreise , bekamen wir ein Zimmer in einem anderen Trakt. Das war ok .
Aus der Dusche kam nur kaltes Wasser , dafür war kein Schimmel . Hmmm.
Das Hotel ging drei Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt in die Winterpause! Das Frühstück war ebenso nur noch aufs nötigste vorbereitet, ebenso das Abendessen.
Wir haben als Hoteliers kaum Freizeit und wollten einfach 3 Tage genießen. Das ging gründlich in die Hose, vom Hotel erwarten wir eigentlich Geld zurück!
Wir werden das nicht unbemerkt lassen.
Vielleicht bekommt man ja ein positives Feedback. Das wäre toll.
Auf jedenfall muss Dringend am Abwasser und am Schimmel gearbeitet werden.

Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am Meer aber die Zugänge zum Wasser sind leider etwas erschwert und unangenehm.
Modern eingerichtet aber sonst etwas abgelegen und weg von Schuss...

We have been staying at the hotel for 9 nights and that is the most expensive stay in the last years (but for sure not the best). I have just read the 1* reviews here and can confirm pretty much of them (which shows that the hotel hasn‘t improved yet. My pros and cons in short:
+ great place, beautiful area
- food is poor. Obviously they try to be 4* but fake it in the end. They seem to make their „special“ salads from the salad bar five minutes before serving (it just the same ingredients put into different salad plates). Vegetables are frozen and are served not once (many time) so they look like the food I eat at home when I run out of money. This impression was crowned by the cake that has mold on it.
Cocktails all inclusive are a joke (syrup with some alcohol and mineral water). Something you experience at the teeny beach parties.
- beach infrastructure is poor. Not enough umbrellas, no shows, no serving (you should help yourself at the bar).
- poor interior: problems while taking a shower due to a poor construction (water on the floor), no soap before we asked, door seems to be broken a couple of times before we came, balcony door half broken.
- stuff is so so la la. They try hard, however are far less professional than their counterparts in, for instance, Egypt or Turkey.
- common area: there was no toilet paper and soap downstairs for at least half a day
To sum up the hotel is ok *** but no way ****. In Turkey you get three times more for the money.

The location is a bit quiet, but if you want a relaxing break, then this is for you. The scenery is beautiful. Entertainment is hit & miss
