Das Hotel ist super die Location ist auch gut leider muss man 1 Kilometer gehen bis man zu der Touristen Straße kommt mit vielen Restaurants. Die Pools sind super, das Spa (Kinder unter 14 nicht erlaubt) ist sauber und entspannt es gibt 7 Pools außen und 2 drinne. Wir haben eine Villa gemietet (ein Reihenhaus) eine gut ausgestattete Küche 2 Badezimmer 1 kleines unten und 1 großes mit Dusche oben im Wohnzimmer steht ein Fernseher oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer 1 mit Fernseher und eins ohne.
Ich empfehle es sehr und Port Andratx ist auch sehr hübsch.

Ruhige Lage in 2.Reihe, schöne, durchaus gepflegte Anlage/Pool. Durchweg (Rezeption, Frühstück) sehr freundliches/herzliches Personal. Seeeehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, geschmacklich gut, grosse Auswahl an Früchten, leckere Spezialitäten. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, in ordentlichem Zustand. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Hier stimmt alles, vom Service hin zur Qualität der Zimmer, des Essens und der Anlage. Und super erreichbar, gleichzeitig aber etwas ruhiger gelegen. Waren außerhalb der Saison hier.

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück war super. Vor allem aber war der Service außerordentlich. Vielen Dank!

Hotel en excelente situación con un personal excepcional que te hace sentir totalmente confortable.
Hotel de 4* con calidad de hotel gran lujo.
Con un Spa totalmente relajante y lujo de detalles.
Comida de 10 tanto en desayunos como en cenas.
Insuperable.

El Hotel es una maravilla. Especialmente Víctor de la recepción y Jasmina, Yuri y Mario son muy especiales. Muy respetuosos y a la vez muy amables. Hacen su trabajo estupendo.

nous avons loge dans un appartement hôtel fin octobre , tout était parfait , la literie impeccable , la résidence est tres bien entretenue , dans un quartier calme avec vu sur jardin arboré , le buffet du petit déjeuner est tres complet et de qualité . le personnel est adorable , mention spécial pour la gentillesse de Yasmina et sa collègue de ll accueil (désolée je n ai pas son nom ). l emplacement est juste parfait , le port a 10 mn , les bus idem pour aller un peu partout. le seul reproche , pas vraiment de jolie plage a proximité immédiate, mais San Elme est a 30 mn de bus et tres jolie . en tous les cas je recommande cet hôtel et remercie l équipe dans son ensemble pour son accueil et sa grande gentillesse

We had an incredible stay at your hotel! The exceptional service provided by Jasmina from the restaurant staff and Viktor from the reception truly made our visit memorable. Their and their colleagues professionalism and service orientation were outstanding. The food was nothing short of exceptional, and the cleanliness of both our room and the entire hotel was impeccable. We can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Tolles Hotel! Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Laura&Armin

Staying here for the umpteenth time. Rooms and comfortable and clean, staff are helpful and the location is in a quiet part of the island away from noisy night life.
Good bus services to Palma and local resorts, but a hire car is more convenient for other destinations.
Its a shame the buffet restaurant is not open since Covid. Mon Port restaurant is very nice but the food is not well cooked - meat is usually too tough! And too much of it!
I think I have the largest 1 bedroom appartment which is a good size with large balcony, with views overlooking both hotel grounds and the mountains behind.
