Habitaciones confortables en un elegante hotel con piscina en la azotea y un excelente restaurante en Santa Gertrudis.
Verdadero templo del zen, el recién inaugurado Hotel Gatzara es una pequeña joya de encanto y elegancia. Con su diseño refinado, sus materiales naturales en bruto trabajados con delicadeza y su mobiliario contemporáneo, hay algo muy Feng Shui en este lugar claro y luminoso. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el restaurante excelente y el personal muy atento. Me quito el sombrero ante la piscina de la azotea. Un oasis de serenidad en el pequeño pueblo típico de Santa Gertrudis, para el que, sin embargo, tendrá que estar dispuesto a alargar unos cuantos billetes.

This is the worst price/quality experience I have done. For 4 nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the street, water pipe and neighbours.
The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable and didn’t help to have a rest.
Moreover for one day we couldn’t even shower because we didn’t have hot water in the room. We didn’t even have water or coffe in the room…not even breakfast was included.
It’s just not the service and quality you expect when you pay those prices. Without mentioning the tinny room we got.
The guy at the reception told us he would give us 5% discount because of the bad experience, but unfortunately we also didn’t see any reduction on our final invoice.
