Esta pequeña escuela de español está situada a lo largo de la colina que une el centro histórico con el barrio de San Blas. Aquí puedes aprender español en un ambiente agradable. Puedes elegir entre clases particulares o grupos reducidos (máximo 4 alumnos). Todo está incluido, no hay cuota de inscripción, los materiales están incluidos. También pueden ponerle en contacto con trabajos de voluntariado u ofrecerle excursiones para poner a prueba su español sobre el terreno.

I’m so grateful to have connected with Mundo Antiguo, the staff, and to have had this beautiful experience. I signed up for the 4 week home stay/20hr week classes with 4 excursions and a volunteer role at a local after school program - extremely good value for money. What I was not expecting was how lovely and hospitable and kind and generous the staff would be. The teachers were well trained and dedicated educators. The class sizes were small and focused. The nightly activities like school dinners and language exchanges and football matches were fun, well organized and a great way to connect with other people. A special word for Ninoska, who took it upon herself to go to my volunteer site with me and teach me how to ride the bus. Niels and Melissa were excellent communicators that helped put my mind at ease before I arrived. And special shout out to Roy, Miguel, Heidy, Gladys, and all of my teachers who helped me go from a very basic Spanish student to feeling confident and able to communicate! Thank you mundo antiguo. I arrived as a customer / student and left as a friend. Signed up for one month and stayed for 3 You’re all amazing and I’ll miss you all so much. I will remember and carry this experience with me always.

I studied here for 4 weeks (with the homestay option) and it was an amazing experience! Due to the great teachers and nice families you pick up the language quite fast. This was the perfect beginning for my solo travels!

The lessons can be quite full of new information when you start for the first time but because of the great teachers you're able to make it though. They makes the lessons serious but also funny and they really just become friends after a while. On top of this, the afterschool activities are great for making new friends and learning more about the city/country!

I’ve had such a great time at mundo antiguo! After i walked in just to ask about the courses i got a very warm welcome and was handed an exam to determine my level, and the day after i could immediately start with the lessons.

The school really knows what to learn each student and teaches everything in a very fast, practical and fun way. The teachers are so nice and they make you feel like a part of the family as soon as you get in. I also love the fact that everyday there are activities to do with the other students to connect, and even learn some more spanish outside of school.

In 2 weeks i have learned so much, and have gotten so much information! I still have my schoolbooks with me so i can practice al the grammar rules and cunjugations i’ve been teached.

I would 10/10 recommend Mundo antiguo for students who want to quickly learn spanish in a fun way!

Such a great school. The teachers are well informed, patient and fun! I only did a week of lessons which is a good way to learn the necessities for travelling around Spanish speaking countries. There are fun after school activities as well. Would highly recommend

Very friendly and welcoming School, the activities were great and the staff nice and very funny I often felt like learning with friends. I especially liked how flexible everyone was and that you could see that they cared and were having fun too. :)
