Hotel maravilhoso, localização excelente, bem no centro da cidade de angra, você pode conhecer os principais pontos turísticos da cidade de Angra do Heroísmo tudo a pé, tem igrejas históricas,, palácios, belos jardins, supermercado, lojas de conveniência, shopping .
O hotel tem um custo benefício muito grande pois além de estar perto de tudo, tem instalações muito boas, café da manhã muito bom, ambiente agradável, atendimento super agradável com pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar.
Recomendo muito

Espaço muito bem localizado e central, mas a precisar de algumas remodelações. A casa de banho é o ponto principal a apontar. A mangueira do duche não se aguenta no seu sítio sendo que cai mesmo na nossa cabeça, as cortinas do mesmo também podiam ser trocadas por outro material.
O espaço não é o ideal se pretendem descansar, o barulho é geral, tanto dentro do edifício como fora. Por outro lado, as funcionárias são simpáticas e o pequeno-almoço básico, mas bom.

Limpeza irrepreensível, serviço de quarto excelente, staff muito atencioso e prestável, peq. almoço suficiente e caseiro, localização central, possibilidade de estacionamento próximo. Especial atenção à pouco habitual substituição diária de toalhas, e às roupas de cama impecavelmente brancas. Admirável e pouco habitual, serviço de máquina de vending multifunções, completamente grátis. Serviço de qualidade muito superior à categoria atribuída ao hotel. Já frequentei unidades hoteleiras com maior classificação e serviço bem inferior. Voltarei com certeza!!!

Perfect location, good service and breakfast. Rooms are oldish but kept to standards: a/c, comfortable beds, equipped bathrooms... There was no noise from other rooms or the street.

Loved this hotel. Truly a treasure. Rooms were clean. Walkable to tourist places and bookings. Definitely would return to this location again.

Pessoal excelente mas hotel a precisar de remodelação

Bon hôtel, bien situé en centre ville, proche du port et de la plage. Personnel agréable. Chambre moyennement propre ( pas mal de cheveux et poils sur le sol) et tres mauvaise insonorisation ! Nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans la rue et dans les couloirs de l'hôtel...

Quarto bom e pequeno almoço muito completo pelo preço que cobram

Espaço tranquilo, boa localização, mas com um pequeno almoço muito pobre.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sehr alt überall Schimmel an den Decken und Wänden . Bei Anreise erstes Zimmer extrem klein und Blick durch ein Fenster auf Dach und Wand, konnten dann sofort umziehen in eine Suite, großes Zimmer aber auch überall Schimmel. Frühstück 2 Sorten Brötchen ( hart ), Croissant oft verbrannt, Frühstück war von 08:00-10:00 Uhr wenn man um 09:30 kam war von der einen Sorte Schinken und Käse nichts mehr da. Orangen Saft war zwar Gelb aber ohne jeglichen Geschmack. Kaffeeautomat nur Süßer Kaffee es sei man nahm in Schwarz und machte sich kalte Milch rein. Personal allerdings sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wenn man etwas ganz einfaches sucht und mit Schimmel leben kann und draußen Frühstücken geht, kann man das Hotel nehmen da es eine optimale Lage hat. Sonst sollte man definitiv ein anderes nehmen die ebenfalls in der Nähe des Zentrums sind allerdings teurer, ich hatte 45€ pro Tag bezahlt im Januar ein 4 Sterne Hotel 5 Mi entfernt kostet 77€ pro Tag allerdings mit Pool, Gym, Frühstücks Buffet und Gartenblick.

Mas para o preço e aceitavel

O hotel é bem localizado, centro praticamente, fica perto de tudo no concelho de Angra do Heroísmo. A staff é muito simpática, principalmente a senhora Teresa Melo,(trata da limpeza do hotel), que se mostrou sempre disponível e acolhedora. Os quartos são muito limpos e organizados. Tem uma boa zona de pequeno almoço, só que com pouca variedade de escolha, mas nada grave. Pontos negativos: o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. O hotel não tem recepção 24h, se precisarem de ajuda p algo, não tem ninguem para vos ajudar, (pelo menos no tempo da minha estadia não tinha). E os telefones não funcionam. Fiquei sem telemóvel e precisei fazer uma chamada e não consegui. Tirando esses pequenos percalços, o hotel em modo geral é bom e recomenda-se. Espero ter ajudado.

Price performance Ratio was good. But don't expect a five Star Hotel!

Hotel sem cheq in cheguei as 03h00 tive que recolher o cartao de de entrada no hotel Beira Mar inacrditavel muito mau . O pessoal 5 estrelas o que se aproveita.

Even though the hotel is 2 stars there are basic standards that even a 2 star hotel should have. For example, the toilet brush was disgustingly rotten and dirty (it costs 2€ to buy a new one). The showers had curtains that were also dirty and sticked to the body when we were having a shower. We do understand that the bathroom is from the 60s but we believe that even a bathroom from the 60s can be improved with the time. There was a sock under the bed which implies that the bedroom wasn’t clean. The air conditioner was broken and in an island extremely humid and in the middle of the summer, this is not very nice. The paper cups in the bathroom, that even though we understand they are planet friendly, were disgusting and could be replaced by glass ones instead. The breakfast was extremely poor. The instant coffee was very bad, there wasn’t any fruit and if you’re a person that doesn’t eat bread or sugary cereal there wasn’t any other option available.

It has indeed an amazing location, but since the island is so small, any other hotel will do.

Nevertheless, if you like camping this hotel is perfect.

Hotel bem localizado. Quartos simples e limpos, porém as casas de banho são pequenas e o duche estava avariado e com pouca luz. Para uma noite serve.
