Hotel de 4 estrellas un poco justito.
Hemos ido en abril 2024 y realmente muy tranquilo y sobretodo silencioso que era lo que necesitabamos. En la habitacion no se oye nada.
Limpieza de 10.
Primer servicio de minibar (agua cafe y zumos) gratuitos.
Situado en el centro de Angra do Heroismo.
Personal de recepcion en general muy amable serviciales y correctos.

PERO los servicios de hotel para ser un 4 estrellas dejan que desear:
1. Desayuno/buffet para ser 4 estrellas es bueno y correcto pero escaso. Hemos estado en 3 y 4 estrellas con mas variedad y cantidad.

2. Para cenar en el hotel no tiene restaurante, solo servicio de snacks en el bar almenos de domingo a martes que estuvimos nosotros (la ciudad no ofrece mucha oferta).

3. Despues de un dia de escursion por la Gruta Do Misteiros llegamos con las botas y pantalones llenas de barro al hotel sobre las 18h, hora razonable. Pedimos servicio de lavanderia y no nos la dieron porque por la tarde no hay nadie de limpieza. Nos teniamos que esperar a la mañana siguiente.

4. Informamos que el secador de pelo de nuestra habitación no funcionaba y solicitamos uno para secar el pelo de mi mujer y el chico de recepción (muy tímido) nos dijo que habria que mirar en otras habitaciones si hay otro disponible pero no lo hacia, que habia que esperar al dia siguiente. Creemos que lo normal es que hayan disponibles de repuesto en recepción.

Un buen hotel pero es un auténtico desastre que haya gente trabajando sin ofrecer un buen servicio. Las 2 recepcionistas de hoy a las 16.00h no nos han tratado NADA bien. Nos han tratado con Ignorancia, sin explicar las cosas, hablando de manera irrespetuosa y borde, es un desastre que haya gente así trabajando cara al público, íbamos a repetir esta noche y no vamos a volver nunca más. A todo esto añadir que le doy un 10 al recepcionista de la mañana, atento, alegre, respetuoso y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Más trabajadores así.

I stayed for 4 nights, absolutely enjoyed it. Everything is brand new, room was very spacious and comfortable. Very good selection for breakfast.
I haven’t used spa, didn’t have time to, also it’s required to wear a hair cap - what a weird way to spoil the experience.

Uma unidade hoteleira que surpreendeu pela sua decoração e pelos pormenores. Localizada no coração de Angra do Heroísmo, o Zenite Boutique Hotel, marca a diferença pelos detalhes em varias áreas. Fiquei com muita vontade de regressar.

Reservei neste Hotel no dia 30/10/2023 para hoje 7/12/2023 no qual me desloquei para fazer o meu Check-in e qual foi o meu espanto quando me foi dito que tinham o hotel cheio mas entraram em contato com outro Hotel para nos colocar lá e ainda bem!!
Um Hotel sem respeito por quem faz reserva com mais de um mês!!
Não aconselho não é de confiança e cuidado podem ter a mesma surpresa que eu!!

Disclaimer: Hotel is nice for area but worst customer service I've experienced in my life from Director Geral João Gonçalves. Long story short, I stayed at the hotel in April with my wife at the end of our Azores island expeditions. I used the coffee capsules in the room and made coffee, I asked for more when needed as they were not refilled daily, I received 2 more. There was no paper in the room about any additional cost for asking for more coffee capsules for the next day. Upon check-out they said I owed 8$ for coffee capsules which blew my mind. I was never told there was a charge when they were delivered. I offered to purchase them a 16 pack at the store for 4$ but was denied. Long story short they charged my credit card and then the director Joao sent me multiple emails attached harassing me about payment. I filed a credit card fraud enquiry with my credit card company and they refunded the fee charged by the hotel. Never have I stayed in a hotel and I travel 300+ days a year where they charge for coffee capsules and not tell you until check-out, this wasn't room service, it was cheap coffee capsules and then I get harassed by the manager. What a way to ruin your brand and provide poor customer service, will never return again and think you should not as well.

This is a really nice hotel in a useful location. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Housekeeping were fantastic the whole week, breakfast was the best we have had staying in the Azores.

Two things to be warned about, if you plan on using the spa or indoor pool you need a swimming hat. If you don't have one they will sell you one for €10 which is a bit cheeky tbh. We ended up not using the facilities because we weren't paying €20 for a pool when the sea was a 5 minute walk away and free. The other thing to note is while they do technically have free parking outside the hotel there are only 2 spaces. These obviously fill up very quickly. There is free parking about 400 m away in the Mount Brasil car park which you can use. While not ideal if you have mobility issues this was workable for us.

On the whole I would definitely recommend this hotel as somewhere to stay on the island.

Schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt.
Maar, Bij aankomst 2 zakjes oploskoffie in de kamer en die worden niet aangevuld. Echt? Een zakje oploskoffie?
Bij vroeg vertrek voor het restaurant open is een lunchbox meegevraagd. 1 zielige witte boterham met plakje ham en kaas waar je doorheen kijkt, 1 doosje sap en 1 appel. Wat een armoe vergeleken met het ontbijt in het restaurant

Excellent hotel. We didn't use the spa and the pool is tiny but the rooms, service, location and breakfast are all very nice.

Decoração muito bonita. Reparem nas alcatifas.

Excelente localização , perto do certo de Angra, perto da praia e do monte Brasil,
Fiquei numa suíte master, somos um casal com dois filhos e foi genial, recomendo
