VERY NOISY AND NOT COSY AT ALL due to house being build next door. Breakfast was uber basic and essentially just plastic wrapped bagels and cakes. Rooms were fine but again it was impossible to stay there between 7am and 4pm. So be aware of the noise!! Furthermore we paid over 300usd for a room per night which is imo out of this world expensive for a very basic b&b. Only good thing is that we got free bikes from the sweet staff as an apology for the extreme noise. We were told that the noise is expected to stop in July but let’s see.. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Guesthouse! The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the adorable courtyard for breakfast or an afternoon wine break! The location was perfect, with about a 10 minute walk to Duval street, so at night it was very peaceful and perfect for sleeping. Any of the staff that we encountered were welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Key West!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for a 3 night getaway! Staff was great, and we really appreciated recommendations upon arrival. Our suite was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast was convenient and delicious. Location was awesome - close to everything, but quiet at night. We loved our stay and we’d love to come back!
