Very disappointed with our stay. Made a special trip for my wife's birthday. Cold water until almost the end of our stay. The manager bought us breakfast to make things right. I was expecting a completely different customer service experience. Also, I am still waiting for my receipt which for some reason they did not want me to have.

I recently dropped a client at the Colony. Next day I hear that client had no reservation for that night. The Colony staff found local accommodations and provided transportation in a timely manner. Kudos!

Tried calling reservations because I had a question. No one answers so you have to leave a voicemail...3 days later...no return call. Tried calling again today at 3:53pm - again no one answers and you are told to leave a voicemail or send an email. No thanks. We will spend our 6 nights elsewhere.

I am thrilled and still in euphoria with how extra special the experience we've had at the Colony Hotel, truly a unique, fun and unforgetable ambiance. Everyone, I mean everyone was so helpful and friendly, my family just felt very well taken care of, the delicious food the decor, all amenities and the beach, which is just a block from the hotel, I am highly recommending this beautiful place to all who seeks adventure and an experience of a lifetime. Thank you so much!!!
