Alles in allem waren wir also sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
I found out that bed for two is too small and mattress not soft at all, it’s was uncomfortable for me , but for other people can be comfortable, so it’s my opinion.
Let’s start with the rooms. They are spacious and well maintained ????????
The breakfast was not the best, it could have been improved being a 4-star property.
Service here was really quick. Whenever I requested something from room service or from the front desk there would be no delay ????????
However, service could also be improved as this being a 4-star property. For instance, I was sick during my last day and requested the hotel to make an exception and bring my food order to my room as I was unable to receive it downstairs, they said they were not able to do so because of hotel policy. While this may be the case, I think the hotel should strive more towards meeting guest satisfaction than adhering to “flexible” hotel policies.
