50+ year old couple, visiting Rome for the first time. An Italian friend recommended this neighbourhood, away from the tourists and this perfectly fit the bill. Excellent location in a local neighbourhood but still close enough to the tourist attractions. Lovely area with parks, squares and fantastic restaurants all around. It's a series of rooms in a residential building, so there is no lobby or facilities but the room is clean, tidy and very comfortable. You get a coupon for breakfast at the bakery downstairs so we stood and sipped coffee and pastries like the locals do! Need to read the instructions carefully cause there is no lobby or front desk - need to key in code to enter building.

I really enjoyed the accommodation. Large room, clean, with a small balcony and a king size bed. A few disadvantages to note is the limited breakfast at Linari (maximum a beverage and 2 croissants or small pizzas), limited amenities and the fact that they don't respond immediately to e-mails, due to the 8:30-12:30 time interval that the reception is open.

Wunderschönes Hotel in einem ruhigen Viertel von Rom. Man ist sehr schnell (10-15 Minuten) zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, wenn man den Weg kennt. Leider ist die Metro-Anbindung nicht ideal, da die nächste Haltestelle etwas weiter entfernt ist. Mit dem Bus kommt man aber auch überall hin.
Die Zimmer waren wirklich wunderschön und sind definitiv über dem römischen Standard. Auch fanden wir die Wände dick genug, dass man keine Nachbarn hörte. Lediglich im Flur konnte es mal lauter werden, das war auch total okay.
Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, aber an Sonntagen war leider die Schlange vor der Bäckerei sehr lange. Hier frühstückt man nicht im Hotel, sondern in einer typisch-italienischen Bäckerei, die auch von den Anwohnern stark benutzt wird. Das Frühstück hat aber klasse geschmeckt und war mehr als ausreichend.
