I love this place. The view is beautiful and The lobster roll is really delicious. There is also a lot of lobster. Blue crab sandwich also nice.

The food was OK, and the service was great! Getting a window table with an out-of-towner was the bomb! The ambiance and view more than make up for 4 star food. I love taking people here who have never seen the west coast.

This is my favorite restaurant. I came every other week. I always orde New England clam chowder. but yesterday I called celery chowder, because it looks dark with lots of celery, the potatoes are cooked mushy, there are very few clams, the taste is like the leftovers from the day before, the seafood in pasta tastes old
& dry, like it was cooked by yesterday too , last time the food come with long hair ,hope it can be improved, I will come again

Ambiente melhor impossível. De frente pro mar, clima agradável e colocam aquecedores do lado de fora. Comida boa, atendimento bom. Os preços são salgados e dificilmente você acha mesa ou vagas de carro no estacionamento aos finais de semana. E permitido parar no acostamento da estrada principal

Ironically, clam chowder is middling but clam chowder is so subjective to a person. My favorite is still Hog island's clam chowder so you can kinda gage my preferences. Everything else was ok, cocktails are very ordinary, even their specials. Their fish and chips however, was really good.

Absolutely delicious food with a spectacular view! I was worried this place might be a tourist trap with mediocre food but thankfully that was not at all the case. The seafood was so fresh and flavorful. They also offer great cocktails.

We enjoyed a couple of cocktails, the Manila Steamed Clams and a Crisp Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious this time. Last time we had, and I recommend, The Dressed Lobster Roll, Fried Calamari, Garlic Fries and a Signature Bowl of house made Clam Chowder. Full bar seating, indoor and outdoor patio dining as well. Be prepared to wait a while because Sam's is very popular with the locals and travelers. Well worth the wait!

Update: Came back for the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich and Fish -n- Chips. Of course we started with the Caesar Salad. Another great meal!

Such a beautiful beach front restaurant with a wide variety of cooked seafood. I'd honestly come back again for the sunset views. Don't forget to order their clam chowder appetizer. Their lobster roll could've caused a bit more sauce, but the seafood pasta made up for it with a load of seafood on top.

Hello, this is my second time that I've encountered a foul mussel at Sam's. Yes, I've ordered mussel twice, and unfortunately, both times it's been bad. I'm very disappointed. The first time I mentioned it to the waiter, but received no response. This time, I took it to go, and I must address this issue. By the way, the service at Sam's is becoming increasingly indifferent towards customers. Sam, you should take responsibility for your customers.

Lots of empty tables but made us wait half an hour. Also not enough bathrooms. Literally a line out the door for the bathroom for over a half an hour wait there too.

I think this place gets a bad rap because there is a bit of a weight but it goes it gies by fast. I think people's expectations are above what it should be the food is definitely above average but if you're from another coastal area and you're expecting to get like Maine lobster you're going to be disappointed. The service was great and it's definitely kid friendly.

I have had the lobster roll multiple times but it's just.... Ok.... It's not juicy and it's a bit bland.

Clam chowder is very good and the bacon wrapped prawns were great. Great location though. Always a good times to walk on the beach after lunch.
