Un magnífico bio-resort en medio de los olivos. Servicio distinguido y ambiente natural para unas vacaciones gastronómicas, verdes y relajantes. Las habitaciones son lujosas, brillantes y luminosas, mientras que la terraza y los salones invitan a relajarse. Hermosa piscina en el jardín, gran mesa de convivencia en el patio. El lugar parece fuera de tiempo con sus obras de arte. Uno entra en las cocinas para ver lo que una mamá local está cocinando en el menú diario, platos familiares y muy sabrosos. El sorprendente balneario está incluido en el antiguo Palmento.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Let me start with the positives: the rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. However, we cannot overlook the disappointing dining experience we had during our stay.
Based on the positive comments, my expectations on food were high. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite disastrous. The food lacked taste and care, leaving us unsatisfied. Most disappointingly, the majority of the dishes were served cold (even pizza or a cooked tomato) in junky pieces which was a major letdown.
During my checkout, I expressed my disappointment regarding the food, and the response I received from the hotel staff was surprising. They mentioned that the menu during my stay was the weekly "all from the oven" menu, which seemed ironic considering that approximately 90% of the food we were served was cold. I found this information concerning, as it indicated a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen

We traveled to Sicily to learn about our ancestors and we left with a new family. What a gift! Thank you Fontes Episcopi for a perfect holiday that we will cherish forever.
