Habitaciones con vistas al edificio Empire State en un hotel Marriott cerca de las estaciones de metro de Times Square y Bryant Park.
Un hotel céntrico. No muy lejos de Times Square y de todas las estaciones de metro, pero no en pleno centro para evitar el bullicio constante. Su proximidad al hermoso Bryant Park es también una gran ventaja. Como todos los demás Marriott, la decoración es bastante sencilla, pero no de mal gusto. No olvide pedir alojamiento en las plantas más altas para disfrutar de una suntuosa vista del Empire State Building. El único inconveniente es la falta de ascensores para los cientos de habitaciones... En las horas punta, no es imposible esperar varios minutos por uno

Biggest complaints - the floors are so small as to make it so that most rooms are relatively close to the elevators. This was pretty disappointing as someone who prefers not to be next to those. Also, my shower head had a pretty significant leak from the shower head threads. I shouldn't have to be the one to tell maintenance to fix that - housekeeping should report things like that so that customers never notice it. Lastly, the phone system has apparently recently been reprogrammed, so using it as the instructions indicate mean that it appears as though the entire staff is ignoring calls, when in fact, they're just not getting them at all.
Located centrally and near everything we needed.
Room HORRIBLE bugs all over the counters!!!
Was told they would spray and we came back 8hrs later and the bugs were everywhere on the counters my daughters were upset!
Went back down they said I could move rooms which we did. However we had no help moving rooms and moving 3 people after unpacking was a pain. I was told management would reach out and offer my points or something for the inconvenience. Sadly no one responded back and that was unfortunate. I always stay with Marriott and am a gold level member. I was also not thanked for being a gold member which is custom for Marriott’s.
Lastly this hotel definitely needs an UPGRADE it’s extremely dated and wore out.
The bar area was soooo dirty glasses everywhere!
