I stayed at the Muse for 2 nights, excellent location and stellar service. I needed quick help printing and front desk and Diane quickly solved my problem. Then I left my glasses in my room and Angel in security found, packaged, and walked my package to fedex for overnight delivery so I can have them before another trip. So grateful for this level of service!!

Hatte nur meine Koffer für ein paar Std. dort untergebracht....
Über die App 'Bounce'' kann man den Service nutzen, dieser war mega.
Lage ... 40 m vom time square entfernt... ????????
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Hotel war sauber und ansprechend.

We spent 4 nights at the Muse over Christmas and it was outstanding! It was our first time in NYC and we couldn't have asked for better experience. The rooms are stunning and spacious, the staff are helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for easy access to all the action the city has to offer. We toured for 3 weeks in USA and this was our favourite hotel by a long shot.

Thank you Muse team, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with large size rooms. The bathrooms are updated and big as well. The staff was extremely welcoming. Great location with valet parking.

I have stayed at 5 different hotels in the time square area over the past 20 years. Each of them had one or two perks and several drawbacks. I found "Muse" through my Southwest Airlines app and it did not disappoint!

My daughter and I came to celebrate my birthday from Feb 28 until tomorrow March 4 and I needed to write this review before I checkout.

The entire time....
I felt safe, comfortable, and I was treated like an honored guest the entire time we were here.

From holding my luggage before the room was ready, upgrading us, bringing us fresh towels and a blanket, and hailing a cab in the rain there wasn't a single thing I needed that we didn't get.

The bathroom shower was huge! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The 9th floor was quiet and the elevators were fast as lightning! What more can you ask for this close to time square?

I can finally say I have found the hotel I will return to every time I visit NYC. Special shout out to Barbara, Alfredo, Waku & Eduardo for taking care of us even though everyone was great!

It looks like these guys deserve 10 stars I only used the Bounce luggage storage but so accommodating with water, bathroom access and WiFi.

We had a great trip here locations really close to Times Square. The rooms are really clean and the staff is really friendly.

Très bel hôtel situé au cœur du quartier de Times Square et proche de stations de métro.
Chambre spacieuse à la décoration contemporaine et design. Très grande salle de bain.
Très bon accueil à l'arrivée.
Seul petit bémol : l'immeuble de l'hôtel n'est pas très élevé et ne permet pas d'avoir une belle vue sur New-York.
