I was here for 3 days, not noise at all but the room was narrow and as matter of fact they prices expensive for the room, not ice buckets neither a refrigerator or a microwave but what im mad 1stable was that i tried to find space to put my coat and in was dusty of top of the closet!! Guys yall gotta clean of top of the furniture please!

Very nice hotel with all necessary amenities and friendly staff. Room service each day.
Finding parking spot is a bit challenging though.

When I first arrived in the morning to drop off my luggage, the young man at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I would give him 10 stars for excellent customer service. But the hotel room itself I did not like. It was extremely small and I also encountered a bug in the bathroom.

We are at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and this is the closest hotel. Less than 1/2 mile so we can walk back and forth. Very clean place! Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room is super small (NYC appropriate) but has everything we need. Nice view of the George Washington Bridge.

Edge hotel is totally AWESOME !!!! the staff over top really incredible way to many ways list & accommodations great !! Can't say enough of the greatest of the Edge it's the greatest !!

We booked a 2 night stay for my mom and I because my Dad was having a major surgery at NY Presbyterian. I had a few questions and Dominic answered the phone and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out the day of check in and continued until check out. His kindness and compassion was absolutely amazing. He is beyond a wonderful young man! The room, beds and bathroom were spotless and extremely comfortable. The Keurig in the room was great. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the staff and hotel! We were so grateful to have comfort during such a stressful time. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

I was scheduled for surgery at Colombia Presbyterian (3 blocks away) so we made reservations the day before surgery. Luis and the other gentleman couldn't be kind enough. The room was small but clean. Prices were good. Than you for a great experience!

This was my very, first visit to NYC and this was the perfect hotel for me to be It, was SUPER clean!! My son had an event at the Nike Amory and I walked to the place from my hotel and felt safe. The highlight was the hotel staff, Luis Gomez!!! I had an incident with a taxi that was called to pick me up for the airport and, it was a very bad experience with the cab driver he was going to put me out in the middle of nowhere because I did not have CASH!!! I had to beg him with tears in my eyes to take me back to the hotel remember I was not from NYC and the hotel called the cab for me and I just assumed he took cards. Once I got back. Luis was very upset with the cab company and sprung into action to make sure that I did not miss my flight back home! Luis went above and beyond to make sure that I arrived home safe and even had someone to call me when I arrived back in Georgia! I would stay here again!!!

Very friendly staff.
We only needed the room to sleep, as we were in the area for our grandsons surgery.
Room was compact, but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Big issue was the heavy metal doors to the room. Anytime someone entered, or left their room, the door would slam very loudly throughtout the whole floor. Also, walls aren't well insulated and could hear if someone opened, or closed their closets in the next room.
It's a nice enough hotel overall.

Had a 2 night stay while having a procedure done at Columbia hospital. The hospital is pretty close by and this is really the only hotel option that i could find within walking distance. The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are small, but the bathroom is a decent size relative to the size of the rooms. Service was great and friendly and Dominick was a great help orienting us to the neighborhood. The area has a pretty eclectic selection of restaurants. My main complaint was noise - some of which the hotel can't control. My room directly faced 168th street and you could hear emergency vehicles with their sirens blaring throughout the night. The walls are pretty thin so depending on your neighbors, they can wake you several times during the night. There is also an issue with elevator noise - every time it moves, there is a banging noise that is clearly heard in the rooms throughout the night. They need to have that looked at and get it fixed. Other reviews have mentioned this, so this is not a new issue. Lastly, eating in the room with more than one person is pretty much a non-starter - there just isn't enough room for 2.

Terrible place manager harassing people parked in front. Saw roaches and a mouse,when I complained he said this is NYC. I also woke up with bites,however they claimed no bedbugs was found and refused to change my room. Keep in mind I had a toddler with me. Looks good on the outside but the room was cold and terrible. Mold on the curtains and more.

Great hotel in new york with reasonable prices. The rooms are in a good state but are small and quite comfortable and has tv and a room safe. The bathroom also is compact but has a large shower. Overall a great discovery and we would highly recommend this hotel. The view are stunning from the top floor rooms.

Location is good if you're going to CPH - there aren't many other choices if you want to be within walking distance. Very small boutique hotel, cramped rooms, but clean and well appointed.

My room at the Edge Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was on an upper floor facing south with a view of downtown.
The staff were warm and welcoming; Dominic was particularly helpful with directions for visiting someone at Columbia Medical Center, and for nearby restaurant recommendations.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean. I loved how tidy and clean the entire hotel was. The staff were friendly and always helpful! I would highly recommend. If you are having a procedure at NY presbyterian they will give you a discount. There is not parking at the hotel, but there is a parking lot a couple blocks away. You can pull up right in front of the hotel where they have it coned off for guest check in. Check in and then drive to parking. It's a quick walk back. The neighborhood is clean and busy going about their daily business. Nothing like the busy masses in times square. Ask the front desk for a list of restaurants and those that do delivery. If you are looking for bagels Mike's is awesome!!!

My room was spacious for NYC, well appointed, and designed to make the most of the space. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was in a room that faced south so I got to enjoy a beautiful view of Manhattan from my window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I felt accommodated the entire time I was there.

The business center is a nice perk as well

I recommend this hotel! Very nice experience all around.
