My girlfriend and I decided to go to the restaurant so we wouldn’t have to leave Alhambra to eat lunch. I ordered a sandwich and croquettes to share while my girlfriend ordered a salad. My sandwich arrived in under 10 minutes and the croquettes arrived with it, however my girlfriends salad never arrived. We waited 40 minutes (and managed to flag down the waiters twice) before finding out the salad was never put into the system. After being promised we would get it soon, we waited another 20 minutes before she cancelled the order and asked for the dessert menu. We tried to get the waiter’s attention multiple times with multiple waiters but they kept ignoring us.
Neither of us could help but feel this was because we were a young couple, as multiple other reviews from similar couples here mentioned the exact same problem with staff. Groups with older people especially got overall faster service than us, with at least 3 groups we could spot sitting down later than us and getting all of their food at once in the span between us sitting down and us giving up on the salad. One older couple I noticed sat down, ordered, got both their meals, finished eating, and paid and left in that time period as well, with the waiters checking on them multiple times while we had to try and flag them down to get their attention.
The waitress who eventually helped us was very apologetic and comped our dessert and coffee, however, no suitable explanation was ever offered and the dessert took another 20 minutes to come out. Eventually they told us it was because the computer broke, but somehow it only affected our table?
Overall, the food was decent when we got it and the view was great, but the service was incredibly upsetting. We’re grateful the dessert was comped but we wish we hadn’t wasted so much time there that could’ve been spent at Alhambra.

Comimos después de visitar La Alhambra con reserva previa. Fue una excelente opción... Muy buen servicio y muy buena relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable para después de la visita.

Comimos en el restaurante y probamos el menú degustación Nazarí. Muy variado e interesante propuesta para ambientarse aún más con la Alhambra. El servicio un poco flojo detrás de los camareros.

Creo que por la zona donde está es el mejor parador de España.

Impresionante experiencia. Poder pasear por los jardines de noche, sin nadie, no tiene precio.

Sólo una sugerencia, colocar un pasamanos para acceder las 5 escaleras a las habitaciones que dan a la alberca.

Beautiful historic hotel in an old monastery inside the Alhambra. Perfect location to visit the Alhambra sites (Nasrid palace, Alcazaba, museum etc). But since it is high above the city, visiting any other part of the city requires a stiff 25-30 minute hike up or down, or taxi.

20 min esperando de pie en la cola sin que nadie te atienda.

Después de ese tiempo, se libera una mesa y vamos a pasar cuando se adelantan los que al parecer tienen prioridad por alojarse en este sitio.

10 min de pie y sigue sin moverse nada y con solo un camarero para todas las mesas.

Nos terminamos yendo.

Comimos en la terraza con muy buenas vistas.

Très bien situé, beaux jardins, pour le reste, on repassera.
Accueil froid et service pas trop chaleureux (on est peut-être pas tombé sur le meilleur des serveurs, d'autres semblaient plus sympas)
La déco est froide, tout est blanc, aséptisé et sans cachet. Par contre, les plats, rien à dire, ils sont bons.

El sitio perfecto para visitar La Alhambra. Ubicado dentro del corazón de La Alhambra en el que fue el convento de San Francisco del S. XV, fundado por Isabel La Católica. Sus muros resguardan el antiguo Palacio Nazarie de los Infantes y además fue el primer lugar elegido como tumba de los Reyes Católicos. Y
con maravillosas vistas al Generalife.
El precio es algo elevado pero merece la pena por lo menos vivir esta experiencia una vez en la vida.
Servicio magnífico. A la altura del hotel.
Muy buena gastronomía con platos propios de la zona.

2月のスペイン旅行で1泊しました。
グラナダには 1泊しかしないため、午前中にグラナダに到着し、荷物を預かっていただき、すぐにアルバイシン地区を観光。
15時過ぎから予約していたアルハンブラ宮殿を観光したことから、 1日歩き続けてすごく疲れていました。
アルハンブラ宮殿観光後、18時頃にチェックインしようと思ったら、ドアの故障で部屋に入れませんでした。宿泊日は満室で代わりの部屋も用意できない、修理もいつ終わるかわからないと言うことで、部屋に入ることができませんでした。
予約していた夕食が20:30からでしたが、その時点で部屋には入室できませんでした。夕食後にようやくチェックインできました。
今回の旅行で 1番高級なホテルで楽しみにしてたので、本当に残念でした。
立地はアルハンブラ宮殿内、夕食、朝食も素晴らしかったです。部屋も大満足だっただけに、あの部屋でもっとゆっくりしたかったです。

Un entorno de ensueño dentro de la Alhambra. Comodidad, limpieza, trato amable y simpatía de todo el personal (recepción, camareros de la cafeteria, personal de limpieza...), detalles en la habitación que hacen la estancia aún más agradable: agua mineral, infusiones, zapatillas, albornoz, copa de fruta y chocolate (día de la comunidad), jaboncitos...
Una experiencia inolvidable....¡Gracias!

Amazing location for the crown jewel of the Parador hôtels.
Some rooms are oriented toward the Alhambra and its gardens.
Decoration is simple but elegant, with modern facilities.
Restaurant and cafeteria available.
Private parking facility. Access by car may be a bit confusing.
Reception is welcoming and friendly.
