Ein super Hotel ????????
Die private Insel hat uns besonders gut gefallen.
Der Service ist Weltklasse und es wirkt als würden die Personen froh sein dort zu arbeiten.
Die Massagen waren auch sehr gut.
Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die könnte moderner sein. Das hat aber die wunderschöne Natur am Hotel ausgeglichen.

Wir auf unserer Rundreise 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten eine Frangipani Suite. Das Hotelareal ist sehr schön gestaltetet. Insbesondere die Frangipani Insel hat mich von der Architektur sehr an Griechenland erinnert und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Bei unserer Zimmerkategorie war 80% der Minibar inklusive und es hat zwischen 5-6h eine Happy Hour gegeben, wo alle Getränke gratis waren. Von der Begrüssung bis zur Checkout war der Service ausgezeichnet. Wir haben auf Mauritius nur in 5 Sterne Hotels übernachtet und dieses war in unseren Augen das Beste. Wir wollten sehr kurzfristig (gleicher Tag) eine Bootstour zum Wasserfall machen. Alle Veranstalter habe uns auf den nächsten Tag vertrösten wollen. Beim Wassersportzentrum nachgefragt habe wir innerhalb von 2h die Tour machen könne mit einem super Bootsfahrer. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die super Bootstour. Ein Ausflug auf die Privatinsel lohnt sich definitiv, auch dort wird einem ein super Service geboten. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war ausgezeichnet und hatte auch als Vegetarier eine grosse Auswahl, dadurch habe wir nur dort gegessen und habe die anderen Restaurants nicht ausprobiert. Wir können dadurch das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Is been my 8th visit to the beautiful island of Mauritius and I will most certainly visit again. We’ve always wanted to stay at the Shangri-La here and we’re looking forward to our stay here. The service ant the hotel is par excellence, the staff are absolutely fantastic, Chef Ahmed and his team create delicious dishes and we enjoyed every meal at the buffet restaurant. The waiters and waitresses are just awesome, every single one of them. Although we had some issues at one of the restaurants, the staff quickly helped in solving them. The hotel is dated and needs to be refit and I believe this is in the pipeline. The property however is beautiful and the beach is as expected, stunning!! The room we had led to the beach which was lovely. Room is well appointed and comfortable. However, I’m sure once the refit of the hotel is done it will have the standards of other Shangri-La hotels. The property is a distance from Port Louis and Grand Baie and I would recommend hiring a car for a day to visit. It’s worth the time and the drive. I look forward to returning once the hotel has been renovated.

The management. Building. Services. Treatment were all beyond my expectations. Well done!

والله بكل امانة مادري من وين ابدا فالمدح لهذا الفندق الجميل جدا جدا
كانت اقامتي فيه ٣ ايام كان ودي اني رتبت اني اجلس في هذا الفندق اكثر من اللي قبله ، ولاكنني انصح انصح انصح وبشده الاقامه في هذا الفندق والله خدمته جدا ممتاز واكلهم جدا ممتاز والموظفين جدا خدومين ودايم يبتسمون واخص بالشكر للموظفين اللي تحضرني اسماهم ( جون مار ) كان دايم يسالني عن الاقامه وفيه اي ملاحظات وايضا موضف اللي رتب لنا حجوزات المطاعم اذا ماخاب ضني اسمه ( ناصر ) وايضا اشكر المانجر ( جسان ) اتوقع كذا اسمه ، كان جدا خدوم من ناحية تسجيل الخروج ، وشكرا على حسن الضيافة شانغريلا????
