Merci au JW Marriott, véritable “perle” dans un écrin de nature pour la qualité de ses prestations, son accueil et la bienveillance du personnel.
Petite dédicace à l’équipe de Lucinda, du Boathouse, et plus particulièrement à Istika, Jeshika, Anastasia et Bianca pour leur professionnalisme, leurs sourires et leur bonne humeur quotidiens et infaillibles!
Toutes nos amitiés à Shania et Neha, qui se sont évertuées à ponctuer chaque journée d’attentions pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Enfin, une pensée toute particulière à Dalini, une rencontre que nous n’oublierons pas ❤️!

This is one of the best hotels we experienced. Staff is truly amazing, welcoming and polite. Resort is very well maintained and stunning. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here. Views of Le Morne are beautiful. They offer free drinks at the beach (water, some juices etc.). Sand is nice and you should not worry about coral remains. This was really an amazing experience, well done to the whole team!

The staff, predominantly the restaurant managers are what makes this place special. Aziza, Dristy (Japanese) and Alvin (floating market) went above and beyond to make this experience incredible. I have many food restrictions and they accompanied all without a second thought.
They prepared special desserts, special hibachi menus, and delivered extra protein to another restaurant when I was still hungry.
I will return because of their hospitality!
Location is beautiful, underwater waterfall right off the coast (bring a drone) and the mountain as a backdrop is 2nd to none.
Thank you! Only complain was the AC in the room was mediocre but still 5/5 for this hotel.

During our stay on December 9, 2022, at the JW Marriott in Mauritius, my wife and I were envelopedin an absolute paradise located in the stunning Le Morne area, the resort was an oasis of luxury and scenic beauty ????️.
From the moment we entered our room, we were captivated by the breathtaking view of the beach and sea ????. The room was not just aesthetically pleasing, but also boasted a large, high-quality bed and a dream-like bathroom ????️????. The beautifully maintained gardens added to the tranquil ambiance, making every walk a delight ????.
The pool area, with its cozy lounge beds, was perfect for relaxation and fun ????♀️. The activities available catered to everyone, ensuring a lively and engaging experience. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were outstanding, consistently ensuring a memorable stay ????.
The beach at the resort was simply pristine, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters ????️. We felt extremely safe at all times, adding to the overall serenity. Dining at the resort was a culinary adventure, featuring five different exceptional restaurants ????️. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and freshly prepared.
In summary, our time at the JW Marriott Mauritius was nothing short of magical, and leaving felt like saying goodbye to a piece of heaven. This resort is not just a place to stay; it's a heavenly experience set in the gorgeous backdrop of Mauritius ????????.

From the moment we arrived to our last few moments at this resort we were blown away. Not only by the absolute beautiful attention to visual detail and design, not only by the amazing food and obviously the beach but the service was astounding. THE BEST of the BEST. The staff there made our stay. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon. Everyone was so carrying and genuinely kind. We wanted to highlight a few individuals that really made this hotel the best resort experience we ever had.
David at the front desk checked us in. We originally hadn’t planned on staying at this resort but a situation at our original accommodations made it so we had to change last minute. David welcomed us last minute, gave us a tour of the property and made our first few moments here memorable.
Christopher at the 1908 bar was amazing! His knowledge of rums and cocktails as well as his overall kindness was impressive. He gave me a rose to give my wife as a surprise. What a wonderful person!
Kimberly at butler service was constantly asking us if we needed anything and we really appreciated her constant state of happiness.
Ravi and Vince made a special table for us at the Japanese restaurant on our last night.
Milo is an amazing sommelier!
Everything was impressive and we will absolutely be coming back to our favorite resort!

This was the best hotel stay we have ever had. We live in NYC and visited Mauritius for part of our honeymoon. This Marriott was absolutely beautiful, from the rooms to the beaches as well as dining options. What stood out even more was how friendly and kind the people were. My husband and I became acquainted with many of the staff here and they went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. We ate at The Floating Market, The Boathouse, and Atsuko(this being a personal favorite and a must visit if you love sushi and other Japanese food).
We felt so sad to leave this stunning resort and the friends we made in the staff. We’ve already said multiple times that we will come back one day and bring our future family. Truly an experience we will remember for life. A huge thank you to the staff, we won’t ever forget you.

It was such an amazing experience from the staff, the food, the events, location, views, the room.
Thanks so much to all that's made my holiday wonderful. Hina, Aroumel, Maitai, Dalini, Guangoo, Neha, the staff for breakfast, our butler, and all the staff around the property has EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY. Again, I appreciate it all & certainly plan on returning. This is the best JW Marriott I've ever visited. The food from the restaurants, along with in room dining was fantastic. The spa services were absolutely the BEST massage I've had. I can keep going & going. The transportation for the roundtrip from airport to hotel was efficient, and kind drivers. Overall, Mauritius is such an amazing country, with so much to see & offer. Thank you a million JW Marriott Mauritius.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im JW Mauritius und haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Besonderen Dank geht an Sylvestre der sich um wirklich alles gekümmert hat und mit mir meinen Antrag geplant und vorbereitet hat. Mitarbeiter wie Sylvestre sind für ein Hotel der Klasse essenziell. Ich weis nicht wie viel er verdient aber aufgrund der Arbeit die er für uns getan hat hoffe ich, dass das Hotel solche Mitarbeiter gut bezahlt.
Wir möchten auch dem Strandverkäufer Semrow besten Dank aussprechen für alle Tipps und seine herzliche Art.
Wir haben alle Restaurants getestet und fanden das Simply India am besten. Außerdem hat uns auch das Atsuko sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und man wurde immer mit Namen begrüßt. Der Service ist überall sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au JW en septembre. Les installations sont superbes (chambres spacieuses, plage magnifique), les restaurants nous font voyager les papilles, et le petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable est un rêve devenu réalité ! Nous souhaitons remercier les équipes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance, tout le monde a été aux petits soins et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Spéciale mention à Archi pour ses petites attentions, à Prachan et Arvesh pour nous avoir fait découvrir de délicieux cocktails, à Bria et Istika pour leurs sourires au petit déjeuner, et sans oublier Priya et toute l’équipe de la réception, conciergerie et majordome !

The accommodations were simply sublime. The oceanfront suite on the groundfloor was a haven of elegance with a touch of local charm. The private terrace provided the perfect spot to watch breathtaking sunsets over the sea.
However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff were not just attentive but genuinely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from arranging dinners to assisting with water sports and ensuring my every comfort.
The dining experience was a culinary journey. The resort's restaurants offered a diverse range of exquisite dishes, from local delicacies to international cuisine. The seafood was exceptionally fresh, and every meal was a delight for the taste buds.

Als externe Gäste waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Beachclub an dem man einen ganzen Tag verbringen kann. Hier sind wir auf das JW Marriott gestoßen.
Neben der außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit am Imposanten Eingangstor sowie an der, im freien liegenden, Rezeption wurden wir zusätzlich durch die atemberaubende Außenanlage und dem perfekten Service nahezu umgehauen.
Angefangen mit einem entspannten Sonnenbad auf einer überdachten Liege wurden wir direkt mit einem Obstspieß empfangen.
Nach einer Weile haben wir etwas Hunger verspürt und sind keine 50m weiter zum Hotelinternen Restaurant spaziert.
Hier möchten wir ganz besonders
den absolut hervorragenden Service von Jeshika hervorheben. Sie hat uns bei der wunderschönen Aussicht noch das gewisse Etwas gegeben, sodass wir ein unvergessliches sowie unfassbar leckeres Mittagessen genossen haben.
Zum Ende hin haben wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Aperol und einem Hausgemixten Rum-Cocktail auf den gemütlichen Sandsäcken in einem Stilvollen Ambiente genießen dürfen.
Im allgemeinen waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und vor allem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim nächste Mauritius Urlaub wird definitv hier eingecheckt.
Wir möchten uns hiermit noch einmal herzlichst bedanken für den tollen Tag.

Wir sind als externe Gäste zum JW Marriott gekommen, um einen entspannten Tag am Pool und Strand zu verbringen. Es war unglaublich! Die Pool-Anlage mit dem Morne im Hintergrund ist ein Traum. Das Essen im Restaurant einfach zum dahinschmelzen. Und so einen zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Service wie hier haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wir werden für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auf Mauritius auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel buchen!

En résumé, l'hôtel offre des vues exceptionnelles sur les chambres, mais certains aspects doivent être améliorés. La chambre 283 était excellente, mais l'emplacement de la télévision sur le côté gauche rendait difficile d'en profiter depuis le lit. Marcher latéralement jusqu'aux toilettes était difficile au milieu de la nuit et la climatisation n'était peut-être pas assez puissante, surtout par temps chaud. Les options de petit-déjeuner étaient limitées et le café a déçu de nombreux invités. Le service du personnel était généralement bon, même si certains manquaient d'expérience mais avaient une attitude positive. Les connaissances du personnel sur l'hôtel semblaient limitées. Nous avons été déçus lorsque le bar de musique live confirmé n'a présenté aucune représentation. Le restaurant français, La Masion, était de bonne qualité, mais il était décevant que le restaurant japonais ne fasse pas partie de notre formule demi-pension. Le restaurant Floating Market était fermé pour le déjeuner, nous avons donc dîné exclusivement au Boat House Bar and Grill. Le dîner, en particulier le bœuf barbecue et les gambas, était agréable. Nous avons eu une expérience agréable avec le sommelier en vin, Amith, qui était compétent et passionné par son travail. Cependant, certains invités, dont ma femme, se sont sentis mal à l'aise avec les chats errant dans la salle à manger, ce qui devrait être évité. Le personnel était généralement serviable et l'hôtel proposait de nombreuses installations et sports nautiques. La plage était belle, avec plein de transats pour une journée de détente.

Nous aimons la taille de la chambre et tous les articles de toilette fournis. Nous ne serons PAS accueillis avec la serviette cygne que d'autres hôtels ont placée sur le lit à notre arrivée. Belle plage et petit déjeuner simple mais bon. J'aime le fait que nous n'ayons pas à faire la queue pour les œufs. Il a été commandé et servi à nos places. Surprise de voir du champagne être servi au petit-déjeuner. Mon mari a apprécié 2 verres et voulait un autre verre mais on m'a dit que le petit ami était fermé. Ce serait formidable si le serveur pouvait se déplacer pour informer les invités de la fermeture.

Que dire, une expérience fantastique !
Les chambres sont très spatieuses avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. La plage est d'ailleurs la meilleure de toute la côte et la plus propice aux différentes activités.
Le personnel est bienveillant et attentionné. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'ensemble des choses offertes par l'hotel (soirée cocktail sur la plage, quelques fruits, eau aromatisée ou amuse bouche dans chaque restaurant / bar !).
Seul petit bémol dans ce paradis : Plus d'activité passé 18h (sauf chanteur au bar), dommage !
Mention spéciale à la soirée "Stargazing" incroyable et notre hôte de la soirée qui a su nous faire rêver et voyager avec ces explications.

Il y a les hôtels et puis il y a JW Marriott !
Fabien, Vince, Alvin et Dylan vous avez rendu notre séjour absolument parfait en sachant ce que signifie l'hospitalité ! Vous possédez une promotion ! Nous avions une chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur la plage et l'océan, toujours propre et agrémentée de surprises tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus du début jusqu'à notre dernier jour. La plage et l'eau étaient incroyables, tout comme la nourriture dans les délicieux restaurants. Notre préféré, le marché flottant.

Dieser Service sucht sicherlich seines gleichen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere persönliche Butlerin Minta, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat und uns immer engagiert und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Wir vermissen Dich!
