Attended a workshop only

This was one of the best vacations in MRU!!! The service and staff were excellent!!! From the time we got there, we received a warm welcome by Luqmaan, and had an orientation evening by the manager Dave. I’ve never felt more taken care of where the manager takes a personal initiative to interact with guests. The manager Dave, together with the staff made our stay truly memorable, thanks so much

Great weekend getaway. The place is affordable and kid friendly. The hotel decor is a bit dated but well maintained. Clean in general. The real plus to me was the food and staff. Food was quite traditional but Very tasty. The staff was stellar! Friendly, very attentive and discreet.

Disgusting hotel. Really disappointed with the staff and service,especially front office department. No parking upon arrival, no welcoming, no one to unload baggages etc. Room was stinking. Overall the food was okay but not recommended at all.

Hôtel a fuir !!!
Une salle de réception au dessus des chambres d’hôtel musique à fond jusqu’à minuit. Isolation zero. Une simple porte nous sépare de la chambre d’à coter. Il sont clairement là que pour nous encaisser le bien être des clients ils n’en ont rien à faire. Cerise sur le gâteau ne vous attendez pas à avoir du wifi ça ne fait que ce déconnecté. Heureusement qu’on y était que pour une nuit.

Sono stata in vacanza al resort la prima settimana di agosto e devo dire che sono rimasta molto contenta della struttura la posizione è perfetta sulla spiaggia di flic en flac è pulita le camere sono confortevoli io ho preso una Deluxe vista giardino quindi situata nella struttura principale dal balcone si usciva nel giardino molto curato e in pochi passi di era sulla spiaggia attrezzata bene con lettini ombrelloni e a richiesta i teli . Ho scelto la formula all inclusive. Il ristorante dove veniva servita sia la colazione che il pranzo e la sera era molto grande con un buffet molto grande e vario ovviamente la cucina locale è molto speziata ma a me piace e alcuni tavoli sono sistemati anche fuori praticamente quasi in spiaggia ????. Inoltre c'è stesso vicino il bar quindi anche questo sulla spiaggia e la piscina sia per adulti che per bambini. C'è un centro diving con la possibilità di prenotare il pattino o la canoa o il giro in barca col fondo di vetro lungo la costa questo rientra nelle attività gratuite. Inoltre la sera c'è sempre uno spettacolo nel locale ristorante che inizia durante la cena ed è molto piacevole. C'è anche la spa e una piccola sala attrezzi. Infine il personale che è di una gentilezza e cordialità unica sempre sorridente ti mette di buon umore essere accolto così. Che dire poi di Mauritius sono rimasta rapita ma questa sarà un'altra recensione ☺️.

Det er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel, men personalet er venlige og god service.
De er igang med renovering, så de larmer hele dagen på hotellet. Boremaskine, bore huller i beton, banker osv.
All inclusive er ikke all inclusive, man skal betale for meget af drikkelsen alligevel, frisk frugt juice, milkshake osv.
Lige ved vandet og fin udsigt.

L’hôtel a une jolie vue et le personnel est agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

/!\ En revanche, hôtel en travaux avec des bruits de marteau piqueur de 8h du matin à 22h, odeurs de chantier. Malgré les nombreuses plaintes, le manager n’a daigné faire aucun effort. Quand on paye 1200€ la semaine ce n’est pas acceptable. Matériel et déchets qui traînent dans les couloirs. Les chambres sont vieillottes et l’hôtel en général aussi.

Завтраки хорошие, ребёнок был доволен. Сервис прекрасный - очень внимательный дружелюбный персонал. По выходным вечеринки с представлениями в креольском стиле. Местоположение прекрасное. Пляж оборудован, персонал регулярно там проводит уборку, каяки, катамаран, сабборды в расположении гостей бесплатно. Есть парковка.
Есть нюанс - в будни в рабочее время в части отеля идёт ремонт одновременно с проживанием гостей.

La playa del hotel no vale mucho, nada que ver con las fotos, muy parecida a las públicas. Si que se ven buenas puestas de sol y te prestan Kayacs, Patín de pedales, te llevan en bote a hacer snorkel, todo gratis

Could have been better! Not exactly a four star experience!

Le personnel était génial, l’animation c’était trop bien, le faite qu’on ait un buffet à volonté c’était trop bien franchement trop bien l’hôtel.

I highly recommend this hotel, is everything you need , located on the beach,staff is amazing, tasty food.

Kleines Hotel in direkter Strandlage. Die Anlage ist ganz hübsch gemacht. Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Verspricht in der Beschreibung weit mehr,als es wirklich ist!!!Zimmer einfach ,riechen nach Feuchtigkeit. Sehr schlechtes wifi.Sollte eigentlich nicht stören,wenn man weiß, was einen erwartet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Schöner Strand, sehr nettes Personal .
Im Juli ' 23 14 Tage lang den ganzen Tag über extremer Baulärm im Zimmer ,am Pool, an der Bar und der gesamten Anlage. Ausschlafen oder Aufhalten im Zimmer ,am Pool oder an der Bar ganztägig nicht möglich. Sogar am Strand war der Baulärm noch zu hören.Mehrere Zimmer wurden renoviert /kernsaniert.
Kein Interesse des Managements oder der Reiseleitung Abhilfe zu schaffen. Im Gegenteil, es wurde gerechtfertigt, dass dort angeblich ein "Lift" gebaut wird und der Lärm aufhören würde. So musste man während des gesamten Urlaubs die Zeit verbringen und das Problem wurde hinausgeschoben.
Echt eine komplette Enttäuschung grundsätzlich und wegen der extremen Lärmbelastung.

Este hotel es un campeón del " surbooking" . La Direction presenta una falta total de respeto frente a sus clientes. Es el " ¡cualquier cosa "! ¡Devalúa el conjunto de los hoteleros y de los habitantes de la Isla!¡Se tiende a dar una amalgama mientras que este hotel es una excepción ya que en general los mauricianos son muy acogedores y se destacan en cuatro para llegar a la estancia más que agradable!

Nos decepcionó muy de " la recepción Mauricien" ¡tanto alojado en este establecimiento! ¡Viajen con 7:00 de la mañana del aeropuerto, no habitación con vistas al mar disponible (mientras que habíamos verses para ello!), debimos esperar hasta 11:00 para tener otra habitación y si queríamos un desayuno, se facturaba 27 euros! Además, bloqueados por el volcán Islandés, ninguna tarifa preferencial nos permite (220 euros la noche).Decir que buscamos otro hotel donde se han recibido muy (Hôtel Paul et Virginie). En definitiva, el informe de plata es omnipresente en este hotel de así que si quieres media pensión, no dudes en ir al supermercado enfrente a huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una botella de agua y bebidas bien más baratas que en el bar del hotel!!
