Great service and nice submarine & sub scoter

First time to go on a submarine with high expectations. It took us a drive of one hour to reach there from our resort. It was organized but there was a delay of about 15-20 min. The submarine is clean but it is a bot hot inside. You get to see some few small fish but don’t expect to see big animals or turtles. It is very good for kids. For adults too but don’t set your expectations too high.

I had a terrible experience with this company. We went for an underwater scooter ride when visibility was zero. Although they advised us beforehand, this was our first time, so we didn't know better and was relying on them to tell us if its doable or not. In hindsight, they should have canceled the whole thing if they already knew visibility was so bad underwater.

The worst part was when they asked for additional money for the pictures they took. After such a disappointing experience, a little empathy would have gone a long way. Making the pictures complimentary as a gesture of goodwill could have mitigated some of the frustration we felt. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and poorly handled experience.

I would rather recommend solar underwater sea walk. Its much more fun.

مختصرا ما تستاهل المشوار و التكلفة
حجزنا الغواصة مسبقا قيمة الحجز حوالي ١١٠٠ ريال سعودي ، وصلنا للموقع عبينا معلومات و ياخذنا قارب للبحر فيه الغواصة ، دخلنا الغواصة و الجميع اصيب باعياء من نقص الاكسجين قبل تحرك الغواصة .
نزلنا للبحر الرؤية سيئة و اصلا تشوف شوية سمك ، حطام سفينة ، مرساة و اذا جاء على حظك شفت سلحفاة ، وصلنا عمق ٣٥ متر بس اصلا ما كان فيه شي مستاهل ينشاف

Had a really bad experience. Had booked a private Catamaran. Firstly, we were not informed that the location would be different from what is conveyed in all the communications. We reached the location mentioned on google maps and booking, only to be informed that it is incorrect and we have to visit some other location. Our Catamaran was booked for 1700-1900 but we got docked back before 1830 itself as sun sets early this time of the year. If such was the case, it should have been started early. Very low accountability and post payment responsiveness.

One of the best things I've done on any holiday to go down and experience life under the ocean. The whole team were excellent from introduction at the dockside to our trip in the submarine. Would definitely recommend.

Quelle expérience, incroyable !
Du début de notre prise en charge à l’accueil puis sur le bateau ns menant à la plate-forme et sur celle-ci, que de la bienveillance et des sourires, sans oublier le professionnalisme des plongeurs.
Je recommande vivement.

A bit disappointed because we were waiting for that experience for a week and it got cancelled in the last moment but of course they have their fair reasons. They offered us to rebook but there is availability only on the day we leave so we couldn't rebook.

Ist es wert den Ausflug zu machen, wer aber hofft farbige Korallen zu sehen , dort ist nur Stein Korallen. Aber das U-Boot fahren alleine war cool.

Words cannot describe how amazing this experience was. Just sinking to the bottom of the ocean bed and actually landing on the sea bed was just so surreal. It's a different world under the sea, so magical. Our captain was very engaging and made sure we do not miss any sights including the sunken ship, 2 anchors, corals and even a sea turtle lazing around. The safety was on point. The equipment was well kept. Inside the submarine was comfortable, air conditioned and not claustrophobic at all. Highly recommend doing this.

Me and my wife went on the submarine last Friday it was amazing everyone there are so happy and friendly and the captain Damien was cool made everyone feel safe and had a lot of information and no one missed anything he turned the sub so everyone had the best view
