I’m very leery about doing business overseas. Heard of a lot of scams. I double checked triple checked, Hired a lawyer to investigate, hired a second lawyer, hired a lawyer, then checked again and even went back to Dominican Republic to see things physically. Gigi is amazing, she is very attentive and super responsive. She understood what we were looking for and although she couldn’t show us the properties personally she coordinated that with one of her team’s members who showed us her top picks based on our conversation.
As a native resident of the Sosua/ Cabarete area she is very knowledgeable about the area, properties, comps and future growth.
Gigi and her team were instrumental in guiding us towards properties that could be both a great vacation home as well as a great investment.
