Friday nights at Vela Windsurf Cabarete are an absolute blast! This beachfront spot in Cabarete is the perfect mix of relaxation by day and excitement by night. With an electrifying atmosphere, the party spills from the cozy interiors out onto the beach, joining the collective pulse of neighboring spots to create one grand celebration under the stars. Though some places were closed upon my arrival, the vibrant scene didn't miss a beat. Open until 3:00 a.m., it's the ideal place for night owls looking to dance the night away. A definite recommendation for anyone seeking a memorable night out with a fantastic beach vibe!

Es un hermoso lugar ubicado a la orilla del mar. Funciona como discoteca y restaurante al mismo tiempo, los servicios de comida solo están abierto hasta la 11:00 de la noche. Tiene dos niveles, los precios son cómodos y lo bueno es el ambiente, un lugar seguro de buen ambiente y seguro..puedes elegir la bebida que más te guste, mojito, piña colada, margarita, wolka, wiski. Todo lo que prefieras. Sus baños son higienizados y limpios. Hay en la planta baja como en la segunda..

If you want to learn to Wingfoil, Vela is 100% THE place. Best location to Wingfoil in Cabarete, less crowded, flatter and minimal shore break. Jens and his crew are very friendly, they have all the gear and always sharing tips for you so you can improve quickly. Costs are very reasonable, all in all just Perfect. This is where you find the true Cabarete vibe, passionate water men and woman gearing up to go play with the wind and waves.

I had the best wing foiling experience here at Vela Windsurf !!! The location is Amazing, right in the middle of all the restaurants on the beach. All the staff at Vela are so friendly from the Owner to the instructors. They will do everything to make you feel you are part of their family… They also have top quality wing foil and windsurf equipment that you can rent or if you are new on this sport, you can take lessons at very affordable prices. There is a bar, restaurant right in Vela windsurf where you can relax and eat great food and take some natural mojitos or margaritas…
This is a dream place to everyone who is looking for a sport adventure in the water. I am from Miami and I am stoked with this place…This is my favourite place in Cabarete for wingfoiling and windsurfing located right at the heart of Cabarete Beach.
