Service et accueil de qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Table très sympa et conviviale. Seul bémol avec un problème de douche dans ma chambre signalé mais non réparé. Mis à part cela, c'est sincèrement très bien.

Generally speaking, the hotel was fine. Restaurant staff was very helpful. The bar staff was OK. The front desk staff, although multilingual, did not relay some of the constraints the hotel had, namely, the checkout process. We stayed there for five nights. On the 5th night, around 21h00, we returned from dinner to find that our door keys would not work. When I went to the desk to get it fixed, it seemed that the staff or management had locked us out of our room. This was done to force us to come to the front desk and attempt to get us to pay our 500€ bar bill and restaurant bill. They did not call us, send us a note or text, or slip something under the door recommending that we pay our bill the night before. Their reasoning was that the checkout process is long, so it was for our convenience. So, because the process was long, they took it upon themselves to just lock us out of our room. When my wife went down to pay the bill, the process took less than five minutes, including the discussion about why we were locked out. This was embarrassing, humuliating, and unnecessary, and the reason why we could not in good conscience give them anything over two stars.
