El impacto de las obras en el barrio de la Part-Dieu incita a encontrar alojamientos justo en el límite de la zona en obras. El hotel ofrece una buena elección en esta categoría de residencias hoteleras. Los apartamentos, que van del estudio (20 m2) a dos habitaciones (35 m2), están decorados sobriamente con mobiliario contemporáneo. Todos están insonorizados y equipados con aire acondicionado, zona de comedor con cocina equipada, zona de trabajo, línea directa y TV. El establecimiento cuenta con un salón de 64 m 23 m con retroproyector, paperboard, cócteles y repostería.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to securely store our bags on the day of our departure while we explored the city. The beds were also clean and comfortable.
However, our experience was marred by a significant cleanliness issue. Despite the initial appearance of cleanliness, we were shocked to find feces on the shower handle, indicating a lack of thoroughness in cleaning. Although we brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no meaningful reparation offered.
The hotel is located relatively close to the Lyon Part-Dieu train station, but it still requires a bit of a walk along a busy boulevard in a charmless urban area. Overall, the cleanliness issue overshadowed an otherwise decent experience.

Appart hôtel avec un emplacement idéal. Le personnel est agréable et disponible.pour le prix demandé les chambres sont correctes, mais il y a deux problèmes : d'abord la sensation d'une mauvaise odeur souvent qd on entre ds la chambre et la nuit on entend un bruit désagréable (de ventilation centrale ou autre)qui est absolument constant : ces deux désagréments peuvent être rédhibitoires pour certaines personnes.

Worst experience ever! First we were asked to pay and reserve a space in the parking garage even though it wasn’t stated to us when we made thereservation. Because the parking space was full,we had to park on the street for 35Euros a day. But this wasn’t the worst part. The hot water went out right when showering. When asked to the staff,they said we used up our tank and we needed to wait. We weren’t warned that this could happen. This is insane.

Le personnel est très sympathique et soucieux du bien être du client....
Seul bémol à mon avis:
L'inventaire très restreint de l'équipement cuisine.....seulement 2 petites cuillères,pas de torchon,pas de petite casserole,mais ceci est en cours d'amélioration m'a t'on dit????????
