We stay just for one night, without breakfast. The building is situated in a safe and central area. Reception is friendly. Room 501 was clean but the carpet floor must be replaced. Is old and dirty. Also the room 501 is very small. I will return at this location. IT IS OK!!!

No es primera vez que vengo , y reitero lo que digo y pienso , que aparte de ser un lugar lindo ,cómodo y muy bien ubicado en el centro de todo; la atención es genial ????
Calurosa y atenta a mis necesidades.
Sin contar el desayuno bien elaborado y muy riko .

My 2 daughters had a room with no working air-conditioning, first night they said keep the windows open at 6 o'clock in the morning it will get cool.The second night the guy at the reception said I will tell the manager and somebody will come to fix the air-conditioning at 7 o'clock the 2nd morning so they had to wake up early bcs they did not fix the air-conditioning the first day. Our room has a window looking on the inside wall of the hotel and when I asked to change the room for a better view the receptionist said its my fault because it is mentioned on there site and I have accepted it.
.I do not recommend this hotel to anybody specially the attitude of the guy working in the daytime.
At last they changed the rooms and gave us one free breakfast. And on the last day we wanted to leave our suitcases at the reception as everybody does, but because we've put up a review about the hotel the owner didn't let us.

During my stay at this hotel with my family, the experience was really disappointing. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work for three days. We reported it multiple times, and although staff said it would be fixed, no maintenance person ever came. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heat. After three days they gave us a fan.

At some point there was also upkeep issues. In our room, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean and even showed shoe prints. My parents room wasn’t cleaned at all one day - the bed wasn’t made, and no fresh towels were provided.

For the price we paid, this level of service is just not acceptable. Basic comfort and cleanliness should be a given. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Updated review:
When we checked out we weren’t allowed to leave our suitcases until going to the airport. The manager said that we weren’t allowed because we left reviews that we wanted to remove. She started shouting at us while we were explaining calmly to her that we weren’t satisfied and asked for maintenance of the air conditioning. She put the blame on us for things that they did or didn’t do. I took pictures of how things were so they couldn’t put the blame on us. Upon showing the pictures of the new room, the manager denied it and said I put it there (towels and toothpick). I even showed her the toothpicks I use. When I said I couldn’t breathe well because of the air conditioning not working, she said that’s not our problem and that I put it on heating. As if I don’t know how an airconditioning works.

Très agréable petit hôtel sur la place des Célestins. Propre et calme. Choisissez bien votre chambre en fonction des descriptifs du site Internet pour éviter d’être déçus.
