PARK HÔTEL

I go to the city almost every few months for some business visit. The hotel is not far from the city center, with a park opposite and a small supermarket nearby, so the location is good. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I hope this review will draw the management center’s attention to hotel issues.

1. This hotel really needs a lot of hardware and software upgrades. Very small gym. The decoration is old and outdated. One day I didn't even have hot water. The number of tables in the restaurant is very limited, and even the bread is not available during the popular time on weekend mornings. The soundproofing of the room is not good either. I can often hear the sound of the TV or people talking next door late at night.

2. Service quality is unstable. Most of the time, because I've been around long enough, they already know my habits. Therefore I can only say 4/5 for this part, however the few times I felt the service staff could have done better was when I first arrived the front desk gave me a bad feeling. He didn't even bother to get up and explain everything about the hotel and all the facilities. He made me feel like the hotel was more like a family run B&B than a tourist hotel.

3. I suggest that the menu should be changed, or even the supplier should be changed. Because it hasn't changed at all.
4. The cleaning part can be improved. I think their problem may be limited manpower.

All in all, there are a lot of things this hotel could do better and I hope they don't live up to their previous four star rating.

Jolie Hôtel, Proche «centre » à pied.
-Réservation pour « véhicule électrique » faite, mais la borne se trouve dans un box, et c’est une mini borne Tesla non compatible avec beaucoup de marque… C’était ma déception à l’arrivée, car mon choix de l’hôtel était en fonction de cette prestation.
-À part ce point Électrique sans grande importance, l’hôtel est vraiment beau à l’intérieur.

Hôtel salle sans eaux chaude, avec un personnel désagréable, petites spécial pour clément, l’un des réceptionnistes insultant, arrogant, le client est roi clémentine alors avale les nous au lieu de les morde !!! Il est vraiment temps de fermer cette hôtel pitoyable, et de remettre Clement dans sont trous à rat qu’il mérite !!

3 nuits passées début janvier et 2 nuits sans eau chaude cela fait beaucoup
Pas de geste commercial de leur part, on me répond que l on fait le nécessaire
Au prix de la chambre il aurait été bienvenue de faire un petit geste
Ce n est pas au client de subir ce genre de désagrément

Très bel hôtel à la décoration soignée.
La literie est très confortable, je recommande vraiment cet endroit lors de son passage à grenoble.
