When we visited it was very hot and hotel doesn't have A/C. We had top level room. Yeah, We checked median Annecy temps and it not supposed to be that hot. There was a fan, so it helped some. One issue was that we had bad luck with room's plumbing, but luckily all was OK and owners compensated us for this inconvenience. Next morning breakfast was good, and we were on our way after seeing the town. One more positive, we had free parking in front of the hotel.

localização excelente. Café da manhã simples, mas bom (11 euros por pessoa).
Fica em plano alto, precisa subir da cidade para chegar no hotel. Não tem elevador. Dá para visitar tudo a pé. Para nós foi excelente.

Lovely hotel in great location near to all the bars and restaurants/canals. Our double room was very small, but did the job. Friends had slightly bigger rooms for same price. Clean rooms, be aware no water or milk in any of the rooms (despite a kettle and coffee! ) but If we'd asked they probably would have given milk. Recommend breakfast, which is continental but works out quite good value. Has a nice terrace that overlooks the town for an afternoon tipple. No bar in hotel but cozy bar 50 yards away at bottom of slope.

Nothing wrong with the service but the quality is low. We arrived to find the room damp and smelling of chlorine. There were bugs in the bathroom. Being on the first floor made us uncomfortable leaving the window open at night and since there is no AC, the room got quite hot. We decided to check out a day early and got out of Annecy altogether. The location is convenient to restaurants but Annecy was not worth more than an afternoon.

Very nice hotel and rooms, well located. The owners were lovely!!Breakfast was average, no aircon, my friend had to change to a different hotel because there was a heatwave. Stay there, but not in high summer.

Emplacement idéal pour être au centre-ville.
Chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Parking restreint, petit déjeuner au top.

Hôtel très bien situé, et personnel accueillant et sympathique.
Possibilité d’avoir un espace fermé pour stationner les motos.
A 1min du centre enfin rien à dire
Chambre très propre, literie confortable.
Manquerait peut être une petite climatisation mais ce n’est qu’un détail !!
Je recommande fortement !

Alles in allem perfekt,
Liebe Gastgeber, schöne saubere Zimmer. Nah am Zentrum ( zu Fuss keine 5 Minuten in die Altstadt) Ich konnte direkt am Hotel Parken. Frühstück ausreichend und gut.
( Filterkaffe für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut)

Je vais souvent à Annecy pour le travail et l’hôtel est très bien placé, confortable et avec une superbe vue ! En plus il y a un chat des fois. Tout est parfait.

Très bon emplacement, chambre petite mais pratique.
PS : Pensez a vous équiper de trousses d'urgence, car j'ai eu un petit incident et pas moyen d'avoir les premiers soins: pas de sérum phy ni pommade ni pansement.
La réceptionniste a eu l'amabilité de me donner une poche de glace.

Petit hôtel très sympa, très bon accueil. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie confortable. Très belle vue sur la vieille ville d'Annecy. On est à deux pas du château et du centre ancien avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques. Le lieu est très calme.

Hotel charmant proche des restaurants mais compliqué à voir quand il fait nuit et qu'il pleut. La chambre était petite mais propre et la literie confortable. Nous nous sommes garé sur le parking de la clinique attention parking fermé de 22h à 7h... nous avons eu un ticket par l'hôtel pour la nuit soi disant gratuite mais on a du payé 5 €. Quelques petits désagrément par manque d'information, dommage.

Superbe petit hôtel très charmant, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Localisation idéale, à deux pas du vieux Annecy.
