Se le reconoce a su fachada, que alegra un fresco mural en honor de una pareja de Chamoniards, y sus contraventanas azules. Su nombre toponímico de "lancheras" designa a un corredor empinado de montaña. No hay nada como este en la pequeña aldea de los Praz, a cinco minutos a pie de Chamonix paseando a lo largo del Arve, donde se redescubre la montaña y la convivencia disfrutando de las alegrías del esquí y del senderismo. El teleférico de la Fligera se encuentra a 450 metros. Este establecimiento familiar con encanto está regentado por una simpática pareja franco-inglesa, respaldada por un equipo dinámico. En el interior del hotel, se disfruta de habitaciones cómodas y cuidadas, renovadas en 2014 y algunas de ellas construidas en 2011 en la extensión contigua. Si es posible, puedes reservar una con un balcón que da directamente al Mont Blanc. Disfrutaremos también del bar lounge, pero también de la merienda "después-esquí" -azucarado y bebidas calientes-, del relax en la sauna, y por supuesto del restaurante Rendez-vous que propone una cocina de tradición francesa... Una buena dirección, a la vez sencilla y acogedora, a dos pasos del campo de golf de Chamonix.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bar Les Lanchers a iChamonix-Mont-Blanc, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable, setting the tone for a memorable stay.

Nestled in the heart of Chamonix, the location is unbeatable. With breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from our room, we were within walking distance of charming boutiques, cafes, and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. It was the perfect base for exploring both the town and the surrounding mountains.

Das Hotel liegt neben einer übertags relativ viel befahrenen Strasse, das stört allerdings nicht wenn man hier ist um Ausflüge zu machen. Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben dem Hotel und das Zentrum von Chamonix ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
