What a wonderful stay we had at the Hotel Le Faucigny. Once we figured out how to use the window properly we were much cooler at night. The views of Mont Blanc were amazing when it would peak through the clouds. The staff was very helpful and friendly when were finalizing our TMB plans. The breakfast was amazing! so healthy and delicious and gave us great energy for the start of the trail. The hot tub was very nice on sore legs as well and spacious. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our trek.

Venus pour le marathon du Mont Blanc nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être à 50m du départ (et de l'arrivée) en passant par le petit jardin. Situation idéale

Excellent place to stay in Chamonix Valley. Right in the center of the town and walking distance to many restaurants, stores, major attractions and cart lifts. Only 10 minutes by walk to the trains and buses. Very tasty French breakfast and sweets in the afternoon. High class spa. Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk available 24/7. Maria and Alexandra were especially friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to everyone in the hotel who made our stay in Chamonix extra special.

The reception was very welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy.
The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely unforgettable — truly breathtaking!

Unfortunately, there’s no free parking. You’ll need to pay €15 per day to park through the hotel.
Still, the experience and the view make it all worth it. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location right in the heart of Chamonix with ideal parking (€15 per day).
The staff were friendly and spoke very good English.
The rooms were spacious and on the 2nd floor had lovely Mountain View’s out of the velux window.
The small jacuzzi and sauna was nice to relax in and we had to ourselves.
We didn’t have breakfast as there’s lots of choice but it looked nice set up.

We had a great time at the Le Faucigny hotel, it has everything you need for a couple days long stay like we had. We enjoyed the closeness to the town center and also to nature, it's the perfect combination and we did not need our car at all during our stay. (The hotel offers parking too!)
The room was very comfortable, though ours might have been a tad small for a longer stay, but for our 2 nights it was perfect!
The hotel also has a spa section with sauna and a hot tub, which we used on both nights, it was great!
The breakfast was also nice with the delicious French croissants and cheeses.
Overall, this a great hotel, fully recommended!

Bel hôtel très bien situé avec spa en accès libre.
Très bon petit déjeuner! Notre chambre "standard" était assez petite et l'insonorisation pourrait être optimisée, nous avons profité des ébats de la chambre d'à côté!

On avait besoin d’une évasion à deux … et tout a été parfait j’ai pris l’option romantique et la privatisation du spa … je ne regrette vraiment pas d’avoir choisis cet hôtel … l’accueil, le service, les chambres, le spa… tout a été au top . Je recommande vivement . À très bientôt j’espère. Joh et Micka ❤️

Tout était parfait : de l'accueil chaleureux, à la chambre, en passant par le spa... Tout est décoré avec goût, dans un style montagnard et une ambiance cosy. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité.

This hotel is NOT pet friendly, despite what it says on the hotel booking sites like Kayak. If you make the mistake of booking and paying through a travel booking site (especially a terrible one called GuestReservations.com, which makes you think you are booking directly with the hotel) Le Faucigny will not transfer the money you have paid to one of their adjoining properties where you can bring your pet. You are just out the money.

It's a terribly dirty room. And they refused to give me an invoice, arguing that I hadn't paid enough. Unfortunately, they did not know that I was the owner of the hotel and they would not be able to deceive me.

Malheureusement pour nous, nous avions perdu la clé de chambre... 1 an après nous l'avons retrouvé et retourné contre le remboursement des 60€..comme dit par téléphone..mais jamais reçu a ce jour..Escroc

Staff are very nice and helpful. Room was a disaster though, very small and with a nasty damp smell caused by an wetpatch on the carpet. Staff tried to clean it but it did not resolve the problem and offered to be moved to a nearby hotel which wasn't worth it for a couple of nights.
